Moonfrost glared at the flame-colored tom with slint eyes. "I can hunt for myself, thanks. Is there a river near the moor?" she started to pad from the den and into the clearing.

"River...no, but there's a stream." Flamestorm answered, slightly embarrassed. "I'll just go catch something for myself, then..."

Blankfeather bent her ears sideways. "I wouldn't care if they did. I haven't been hunting since I joined this clan." she chimed.

Blankfeather nodded. "Will do, but I'm not going back now! Once I'm in the forest I'm going to catch as much prey as possible." she chimed, and cantered off after a rabbit.

Moonfrost nodded and followed Flamestorm into the forest. Soon they reached a moor, and the Grey-blue she-cat made a devious run for it. It felt so nice, the breeze in her fur, feeling the feathers on her tail waved and ripple. She parted her mouth to scent the air. A rabbit was near by, but she let it go. "You can have that one. I'm going to the stream." she meowed happily, and dipped her head, silently and swiftly dashing across the green terrain untill she came across the rolling surface of water.

"Thanks," Flamestorm breathed before taking chase after the rabbit, remembering how a rabbit had brought them together.

Moonfrost dabbed an unsheethed paw into the flowing stream and brought out a flopping, silvery fish. "Delicious," she commented before giving it the killing bite. "one more should do it." she murmered, and leaned over the stream again.

Flamestorm stretched his legs, tumbling to the ground, the rabbit in his grasp, still kicking. He snapped its neck quickly. Scraping earth over his kill, he scented a squirrel. "Ah!" He gave chase, crawling up a tree, desparate to catch the prey. With a yowl he fell to the ground. Half-limping, he scented again, this time smelling a mouse. It would be an easy catch.

Flamestorm carried the mouse through the tall grass to his previous kill.

Moonchaser pulled out a third fish, easily killing it with one bite. "This should repay them well." she pondered, picking up the 3 silver kills' and dragging them by their tails to where she found Flamestorm, burrying another piece of prey himself. "Here,I can only eat one." she mewed, but held onto them in her jaws. The warm Moor grass felt nice under her cold, wet paws.

Blankfeather returned to the camp with three mice. She gently dropped them to the kill pile. "Ah, 'twasn't much, but it was enough." Blankfeather sighed, and picked up a rabbit. She lightly carried it back to the Nursery, and sat close to the entrance of the spacious den, happily eating the rabbit.
