Lilliana smiled, "I'm am not very smart am I?" She rolled her eyes at herself and followed Ben toward the sound.

"You are... I was just pointing that out he said as he parted two ferns. He looked down into a canyon. A white rushing river was running through it.

Lilliana's eyebrows raised, "I didn't think we were near any canyons..."

"You'd be surprised." He said and looked down into the canyon. It was a solid drop of limestone for about 100 yards and then normal rock for 500 feet.

"I don't know if we'll be able to go down there..." Lilliana said looking down the side.

"Not from here at least," Famulus added. He grinned as he looked down the cliff.

"There must be another way!" Ben said sternly and began to inspect the sides. "There just has to be..."

Lilliana screamed as the limestone beneath her crumbled and she started to fall, "Help!"

(Don't worry I have a tiny idea.)

Famulus quickly grabbed her hand as she fell. He looked at Ben. "Don't you ever watch movies? Whenever someone says something like that, bad things happen." Famulus said sturnly.

((Darn I was gonna' have that happen to Ben and find a large ladder... =0 ))

"Lilliana!" He gasped and caught her other hand. "No. I don't exactly watch a ton of movies. I watch Discovery Channel and try to read books..." He gasped pulling Lilly up.

Lilliana shook Ben and Famulus off, "I can take care of myself."

(I was going to make her find a ledge but You can do whatever you want. It's your RP)

((LOL My idea kinda fits my plot Idea =)))

He looked down where Lilliana fell and he found a ladder dangling down to the bottom of the clearing. "I'm going first." He said bravely and pulled down on the ladder it stayed in place.

(Okay, I didn't mean to plot control.)

Lilliana looked at Ben like he was insane, "What are you doing? That could be rusted, It could colasp underneath you!"

((OH NO, NO NO Runa you didn't plot control ^^ I was just saying the Ladder would fit my idea for the plot =)))

"I'm taking my chances... If it means keeping everyone safe most importantly you I'd risk my life..." Ben said and put his foot on the first rung.

Lilliana stared at him with intreast, 'If it means keeping everyone safe most importantly you I'd risk my life...' She surpressed a smile and said, "Fine, but I'll be right behind you."

"No. I don't want you two coming down until I wave up." Ben said and started climbing down.

Lilliana ignored his command and went down directly after him, "What do you see?" She asked.

"It seems to go on until the bottom..." Ben said whipping off a a trickle of sweat from his face about 200 feet down.

Lilliana jumped off the bottom of the ladder and looked around. "Thanks." She wiped sweat off her brow.

((How 'bout your character, finds another easier entrance into the canyon so we all don't have to hike down the ladder?))

Ben nodded and bent down next to the river. He splashed water into his face. It was cool and refreshing.
