(oh wow. Congratz for you!)

(ahem. is the dawn patrol going to get up or what? Lets say sparrowchaser, his apprentice, badgerpaw, Stormfeather. and Spook, but he's already up...)

((heh heh. I'll write the dawn patrol...and its almost dawn here. S'like 11:00 p.m.))

Sparrowchaser stiffly took a bite of his vole. He was not a morning cat....

Badgerpaw poked Sorrelpaw. "C'mon! Dawn patrol?"

Hawktalon yawned and stuck out a hind leg in another stretch before seeing to the apprentices. "hurry up now, we have to leave soon." he mewed sternly, waving his tail over there heads.

((Alrighty! I'll wake her up.))

Stormfeather quickly rasped her tongue over her chest, and bounded over to where the Dawn Patrol cats were being gathered.

Hawktalon dipped his head as Stormfeather gathered over to the awaiting cats. "Now all we need is Badgerpaw," he mewed to himself, tallying the warriors. He leapt off on his hind paws in pursuit of his apprentice.

Spook gave an affectionate lick to Stormfeather's ear. "It's about time you got up! Hurry and eat, I think we're leaving soon," he pushed a thrush toward her, and swiped his fore paw over his ear in a final attempt to clean himself in the morning heat. The sun was barely up and it was already almost unbarably hot!

Badgerpaw gave up on waking Sorrelpaw up,"I'm here; sorry."

Sparrowchaser snorted,"It's about time!"

Hawktalon grunted. "Come on then, their waiting," he meowed sternly to Badgerpaw, leading him out of the den. "Hurry up and eat, we're leaving soon," he mewed, and tallyed the group one more time. he greeted Sparrowchser as he joined the patrol, getting ready to leave.

"That was the last cat, I hope everyone has eaten. I want to leave!" Spook murmered to Stormfeather, dipping his head to Sparrowchaser as the tawny tom left the warriors den.

Hawktalon made sure every cat had eaten their share, and took off from the camp, in the direction of the first border. He could see the sun already coming up, slowly but surely.
(hey geuss what? I figured out how to do that thing you do on paint. so far I'm working on a lioness ^^)

Stormfeather ran behind Hawktalon's row, glancing at Spook every once in a while. She sniffed the air, and found mouse. But she left it alone. This wasn't a Hunting Patrol. She looked over to the border, and saw an Ashclan patrol, but it was fairly far away from the Iceclan's territory.

Hawktalon stopped to stand on his hind paws and opened his mouth to drink in the air. "Fox!" he snarled, landing back onto four paws. He felt the patrol brace itself, falling into ruteen. Not long after he warned, a slender, flame-furred, growling creature crouched out of bush. It was easily out-numbered, though still bared it's yellow, cracked teeth at the cats. Hawktalon heard, from the back of the patrol, his apprentice sqeal with excitment.

Spook stood beside Stormfeather, flexing his muscles and waving his black tail. He lashed a threatening blow at the Fox with unsheathed claws from where he stood.

Honeystripe blinked sleep from her eyes as a section of Sunlight filtered through the warriors den. she stretch, sticking her long, golden-tabby legs out and flexed her claws.

Badgerpaw was bouncing with excitement,"I'm not hungry! Let's go!"

Sparrowchaser,"Rolled his eyes. Suit yourself."

Foxstar wal;ked over to teh freash kill pile. She cheaked on everycat in clan, she walked over to Wildflower, " I am going on a walk, if anycat needs something yell" and with that she walked out of camp.

((Alley? Ya there? I asked, what do you mean 'painting a lioness'? :)))

Stormfeather growled loudly, jumping onto the fox's shoulder with a long stride sideways of the patrol, and leaped gracefully onto it. She grabbed onto the belly with her lower claws, and tore and bit with her upper claws. The fox recoiled, and tried to bit at her belly. She flung her body so she was on her back. It barked in frustration. Finally, the fox fell to the ground, but on the side where Stormfeather was. She tried to get off, but a paw remained. The fox was too quick for her, and pain flowed in her back leg. She huffed quietly to herself, and limped over to one of the cats who weren't fighting.

Foxstar smelled the otehr cats and.. the fox. She ran over to Stormfeather. ( have her mistake Foxstar for a fox)

" Stomrfeather STOP!" Foxstar demanded, " Its me Foxstar!"

" No its ok, when its morning and late afternoon, i look liek a fox, like the one your fightning. SDont worry, i have had that happen befor, many, many times," Foxstar said

(What I mean, Sparkle, is how to make it look like you did it on Paint shop pro...^^)
Hawktalon turned on Stormfeather as the real fox limped away. "Did I tell you to attack? That fox could have bitten you on the neck!" he hissed, waving his tail irritably.

Spook padded over to the injured she-cat and began to lick her leg. "It's gone now anyway,Hawktalon." he snarled back at the deputy. He was aware that the ginger-and-silver tom was irritable because of his mate's last litter, but there was no reason to scold another warrior for a good deed!

Stormfeather felt horrible. "I was just protecting my clan! Wouldn't you have sacrifised (sp xD) your life for your clan? Isn't that what clan warriors are supposed to do?" She leaned against Spook's black pelt, since her right leg was injured, she waited patiently for him to finish when she circled him to his right side, so she could lean against him without hurting her leg.

" Yes it is," Foxstar meowed

Hawktalon just snorted in response. "Foxstar, is'nt it time for you to leave? this is a dawn patrol," he murmered after a while, refreshing one of the borders.

Spook let Stormfeather lean against him. "How are you feeling?" he asked her, looking back at her leg again. "Hawktalon, I'm going to take Stormfeather back to camp to see Whisperpelt." he meowed, and turned her around.

Honeystripe crouched in the undergrowth near the pear tree outside of camp. she was watching a thrush nibble on a seed before a fox went limping past, dripping blood where the prey had been. (The thrush was now up a tree.)
She was tempted to attack the orange beast, but it seemed injured enough, and when she hissed at it, it scampered faster away from the camp. She stood, bewildered. "That was odd," she murmered to herself.
