= JointClan = Part 7- Returning trouble

"Probably," Branch answered in a muffled voice, since her jaws were full of prey. She dropped it on the pile, as with Wolf.

Kira dropped his kill and flicked his tail towards WIingclaw. "Let's go!"

((I need a fill-in, since I was on vacation again. xD What happened?))

((Well, basically, there was GONNA be an attack from BloodClan. Bloodstar changed his name to Wingclaw, and became good, joining in with JointClan. Branch, Wolf and Kira from BC stayed as well. Wingclaw and Fernstar let out the secret that they were secretly Maroon, Branch, and Peaceheart's parents. While Bashwind and Pufflefeather were out hunting, they found Grasstail and she is back in JointClan.
-Breathes- That was alot. xDD)

(Maroon was also killed by Wolfstar, who entered Wolf's body.)

((Oh, yeah. Forgot that. xDD Leafy, post as Wingclaw? Branch/Wolf/Kira want nameys. xDD))

Wingclaw saw Kira, Wolf, and Branch, putting prey in the prey pile.

Branch spotted Wingclaw, and bounded over, Wolf following, and lastly, Kira.
"Wingclaw, we were wondering.. We're old enough and we want warrior names." She said firmly.

Wingclaw shook his head. "No. Not yet." He confirmed.

"Why not?" Branch demanded.

KIra started slowly moving backwards. He didn't want to be sucked into this with Wingclaw.

Wolf backed up with Kira. "This is gonna be fun," He muttered.

Branch looked at her Father. "Why not?" She demanded again. "We're older then Bashwind and PUfflefeather by at least two moons, and we're worthy." She snarled.

Wingclaw narrowed his eyes. "They're loyal." He growled. "Not cowards, and respectful at desions!" He hissed, flicking his tail back and fourth.

"I'm not a coward!" Branch snarled, her voice rising. "Unlike you! I guess you can't pick your family!" She growled, her fur bristling. She was in a defensive position, and she was MAD.
Fernstar came up. "Branch, calm down. Don't do anything rash," She said.

Kira laughed nervously and was starting to push Branch away from Wingclaw. "We'll be just a second, Wingclaw, sir-" He said to Wingclaw, puushing Branch away.

Branch growled, giving a threatening glare to Kira. "Just because he's deputy, doesn't mean you should call him sir," She snarled lowly, and pushed past Kira again, facing Wingclaw. "Tell me how I'm coward, because all I see is YOU." She said, her voice rising again, fur bristling. She tried to force it to lie flat, but nobody, not even her father, had any right to call his disloyal or a coward.

Fernstar touched her nose to Branch. "Calm down, Branch. This isn't good for you, you might do something you WILL regret." She said, quietly.

((I have a small plot idea, that I kinda want to carry out. All Wingclaw has to do, is make Branch a little more mad, and I'll have it start playing out.))

Kira bounded away quickly. Now he was scared of Branch as well, but not as much as Wingclaw.

Wolf bounded away with Kira. "Oh, geez, like father like daughter." Wolf gave a nervous grin.

Kira nervously grinned with him. "I hope he doesn't hunt us down," He said.

Wingclaw flattened his ears, and barred his fangs, He curled his tail. "Later, Branchst-." He stopped, and growled.

Branch snarled. "I'M NOT BRANCHSTAR! I'm not special, and I'm not a leader. I'm ME, and I wanted a warrior name. Apparently I'm not good enough for JointClan!" She growled, the tears coming to her eyes. She bounded off into the forest, running as fast and as hard as she could. She just wanted to run away from all her problems, all her frustration. She was stunned as she fell backwards, after ramming into a calico pelt. Mistress Mellowstar.

Mellowstar tumbled back when Branch hit her. She looked up and growled. THen she calmed down. She suddenly sparked. "Are you Fernstar and Wingclaws kit?" She asked. "I'm Fernstar's mother."

Branch tried quickly to compose her face, and nodded. "Yeah, not that I like it very much. Wingclaw won't even give me my warrior name, and says I'm a coward. Apparently I'm not good enough for JointClan," She said, all in one quick breath. She was getting a odd feeling about this cat, Fernstar's mother, but she ignored it. She was just too mad to pay attention to the warning going off in her head.

Mellowstar got an idea. "I think you're ready." she said sudden;y. "How would Branchthorn sound?" she said in a sweet voice, her eyes glinting with evil.
