It is the year 2009. Yes, this takes place in the present.

You've always felt like an animal. Whether you'd like to swim or fly, howl or hiss, you seem more animal than human. Exactly what is this power?

You have a strange dream that says something about an altar in the forest. You push it out of your mind the first night, but for almost a week, you have that same dream. Finally, you decide to investigate. You tell your parents (or whoever is taking care of you) you're just going for a walk near the forest... but will you be back?

RULES:
1. No godmoding. This includes perfect characters. No one does everything right, or is perfect. We all have flaws.
2. No bunnying. This means no controlling another person's character without permission.
3. Use common sense.
4. The secret word is... I actually think they're boring and pointless. No secret word.
5. No railroading. Don't start a new plot or control the current one too far without PMing me first.
6. No timemoding. I'll describe what time of day it is. This starts in the morning, about 9 AM.
7. Don't make stuff up without telling me. Stick to the RP. I once had an RP where someone went on about nonsense like Hands (as in, right-hand man) and "Lightstruck" things... Don't do it! I call this "destiny driving."
8. Please post at least three sentences in character per post. This means good grammar as well.
9. If your form isn't neat (that is, if you don't at least bold the parts behind the colon), I won't accept you.
10. At the beginning of the RP, you cannot transform. That ability is given to you soon, but not the moment you start.
11. No chain posting. This means don't RP with only one or two more people. Wait for the rest of us!

Name: Avery Larkson

Gender: Female

Age: 12

Appearance: Avery is short, standing approximately four feet tall, with bright blue eyes. Her hair is long and black, going just past her shoulder blades. Her skin is lightly colored. Avery wears a blue shirt with clouds scattered across it, which kind of makes her look like the sky. Her arms are long, especially compared to her legs. Most of the time, she wears plain blue shorts and light, gray running shoes.

Personality: Avery is mostly quiet, preferring not to talk much. However, she is a natural leader, and is strategic and quick-thinking. She can be rash sometimes, but is normally friendly if someone starts a discussion.

History: She was born in Concord, New Hampshire, on August 12th. Avery lived with her mother and father, along with a pet cockatiel, Skipper. Skipper was yellow with black eyes and gray spots on his back and wings. Being a male, he often sang, and Avery was always interested in his compositions. He died when she was 9, and though it was three years ago, she vowed never to forget dear Skipper.

Transformation: Black leopard

Transformation Appearance: The black leopard that Avery becomes has bright green eyes and a dark pelt; however, the normal spots of a leopard can be seen if the light is just right. She has fangs that are longer than usual, and is muscular and fast. Its large paws can give her good balance sometimes, but can interfere with it others.

A very pale girl, Medium height with jet black wirey hair. She usually keeps it up in a bun, but sometimes it slips down her back. Has a long slender face with raised eyebrows giving her a very sceptic appearance. Her eyes are a dark violet with black flecks in them. She has three deep scars underneith her left eye, tracing down her chin and along her neck. Her ears are very large, or so you could say, they have a distint point to them, giving her the strange apperance as an elf. She usually will wear black and white shirts with detailings along the side. She loves to wear skinny leg jeans that are black, you might even find her in white jeans occasionly. She willl only wear black converse high-tops that she can run fairly well in. She will almost always have a jet black laptop with her. The laptop is pure black with gray swirls all over the front, when you open it you will see all of Lilliana's secrets. She also has pictures of her (*Ahem*) past life on it. She will keep her laptop in a white and black case with pockets, that have cords and electronics of all sorts in them. Most of the electronics are usless parts she has from tearing apart contraptions.

Personality:
Lilliana is a very mysterious girl. She has many secrets and only will talk to someone if she has known you for a long time. When she speaks, though, her voice has a distint edge to it. It still has a flowing quality to it but the edge makes her sound almost male at points. When you first meet Lilliana she won't give you the time of day if you ask her. She is very quiet and somber when you first talk to her. Her voice gives her attititude the edge she needs to scare most people away when she's being hostile. Even if you have been friends with her for life you will never know what she is going to do next. She has drastic mood swings that often 'Give you whiplash'.
When Lilliana is being happy, (Which Is rare, I assure you); she will do anything you consiter 'ignorant'. For being an eighteen year old she is rash and quite dumb at points. Don't let that fool you though, she got a 3.5 grade point average in all her school years and is an complete computer freak. Lilliana loves art, she is a photographer, black and white; and an Author (Nonpublished). Her computer holds all her photos and her current novella on it. She is very calm when around nature, and that is what she mainly photographs. Overall, Lilliana has multiple personalities, you could say.

History:
Born in 1991, in the 'City of Lights', Lilliana has culture in her past. Growing up in Paris, France Lilliana knows alot of French. She grew up in a small apartment not far from the Effiel Tower, where she would play as a child. She moved to California when she was fifteen and had to learn English. She still has language issues and now resides in a small townhouse on the beach. Her parents are archeologists, so she doesn't see them often. They are currently on a three month dig in Eygpt. Lilliana lives with her Aunt who is insane. Her Aunt Demintia (No joke.) is excentric and actualy spent time in an insane asysulm before. It was a dark time for Lilliana's family because that is their only relative. Lilliana's grandparent's died in Paris three years after Lilliana was born, she has only faint memories of both sets. Her Aunt has furs covering her house from all different types of endangered animals. She constantly wears furs and Horns from the animals. Lilliana hates it and her room in her Aunt's house is the only room that has no trace of a dead animal in it. It is decorated to look like an apartment in Paris and Lilliana loves it. Her parents and Her live with her Aunt because her Parents are gone so much.

Transformation:
Lilliana is a Snow Leopard (Uncia Uncia). Also known as the Ounce.

Transformation Appearance:
Lilliana is the regualar size for most snow leopards which is about 90 lbs. Her body is as long as snow leopards get being, 51 in.; the same length as her tail.
She has long thick hair like most snow leopards and it is a smokey grey on the top with jet black spots. She has a pure white underbelly, including the insides of her legs and her neck and chin. Her tail is the long furry as all others, with the smokey grey tone and jet black dappled spots dotting it all over. She doesn't have the stocky body as most Snow leopards though, hers is actually longer and slender as most, making it easier to move about the Floridian forests. Her ears are tall and pointed like a Lynix's which is very unusual for a snow leopard.

Other:
Lilliana has an uncanny ability to be able to predict if something was to happen in her dreams. She can usually predict an outcome fairly eaisy.

Name: Ira Itsaginof

Gender: Male

Age: 13

Appearance: Ira has a rather stocky build and stands at about five feet tall. His pure white hair is straight and about waist-length. He has circular, coal-black eyes that are shallow-set on his rounded face. The long-sleeved shirt he wears is a deep blue, and he wears pale red sweatpants.

Personality: Ira rather likes talking to other people, although he doesn't do so unless spoken to. He's calm and rather average but can usually be a bit irresponsible and forgetful. He doesn't make decisions that well, so he usually leaves that to other people.

History: Ira lived in eastern California as a young child, when he enjoyed going to vacation spots when his family had a lot of money. He made a few friends there, and he still lives there today.

Transformation: Siberian Tiger

Transformation Appearance: A red-orange siberian tiger with black stripes and white underbelly.

Name: Annabelle Quart

Age: 10

Appearance: Annabelle is very tall, with long, lean arms and legs. Her hair is a dark, mouse brown.. Reaching down to about the shoulders. The ends of her hair are usually curlier then the rest of her hair. Her eyes are large and quite round.. They color is a bright green, with a hint of yellow in the center. Her nose is quite small, compared the her eyes or her mouth. Her nose is small and pointed. Her lips are small, and thin. They are a light pink color and almost always either a frown.. Or a seemingly forced smile. The clothes she wears are usually a dark blue t-shirt, with the white words; Don't Mess With Me.. Scribled across the back. Her jeans are a skinny black color.. And are ripped at the ends, and knees. She wears plain white socks, and thick brown boots. She also carries a skateboard around with her everywhere.

Personality: Annabelle is a tomboy, first of all. She doesn't ever wear make-up.. Dresses or skirts.. And doesn't really do anything, 'girly'. She keeps secrets, like some boys, and is very.. Teasing. Sometimes she teases and goes to far. She also has very good survival skills.. Being in BOY scouts.. Yes, Boy Scouts. They let her in just because of her personality. She is also intelligent, and clever. Thinking her way around any problem, physical or mathmatical. She is sometimes called the teachers pet, answering every question to the best of her ability.
Those are the 'good' things about her, but yes, like any person she has flaws. She has anger issues.. Getting offended easily she often gets into fist fights. Annabelle also is angery, like, all the time. She doesn't like being around people too much.. She is much a loner. Annabelle, deep down, is very sensitive. She sometimes crys herself to sleep, or crys and has random outburst of emotion randomly.

History: Annabelle was born in London, in 1998.. In January on the 18th. She was born, and lived in a very good family. They treated her well, and loved her very much. Then her Mother, a very sweet women, got cancer. She got it badly, and died. Annabelle was horrified, being only 5, and became very angery all the time. Annabelle's father, having no money, had to give her up to her grandmother who payed her father for her. Her Grandmother was very lonely, and enjoys having Annabelle around. Annabelle barely remembers her real parents.

Transformation: Wolve

Transformation Appearance: Annabelle in wolf form, is a very large, long legged wolf. Her fur is a very dark mouse brown, like her hair in her human form. Her eyes are a brilliant green, like the normal human Annabelle. Her face is usually a scowl.. And she gets angered easily. She has a long scar on her underbelly, stretching from the bottom of her chest to her right side. Annabelle's paws are a jet black color.. With white speckles covering them. Her chest is pure, snow white, along with her underbelly and tail tip.

Gender: Male or Female: Male

Age: From 10 to 18: 18

Appearance: Very rough looking. Has dark brown hair the color of fresh baked brownies, so it has dark dark speckles in it, it also has electric blue highlights in it. His hair is about 2 inches and very thick. His eyes are a brilliant green that seem to glint in the sunlight. Has a very nice tan. His height is 5' 11". He likes to wear a black hoodie with retro desings on it and always wears stonewashed jeans. For his feet he wears athletic socks and converse high-tops that are dark grey.

Personality: Ben is a very funny and loveable person. Yet he is very, very stubborn sometimes. He is very outdoorsey, to prove that during last summer he went and survived in the wilderness with his father for a month. He is very smart with most things except that he has AD-HD and Dyslexia.

History: Ben was born on 12-5-1998 in a hospital in Sacramento, California. When he was 5 he fell down a concrete pair of stairs and broke his arm and his right leg. Ever since he's had a very small limp. When Ben turned 9 he got a terrible disease that prevented him from going to school for two months, over those times he was home-schooled by his parents.

Transformation: Grizzly Bear

Transformation Appearance: A very vibrant dark brown grizzly with light brown swirls in the pelt. His paws are normal but when you look in his pawprint it has a crescent moon shape in the center of it.

(Thank you for accepting me so far, I hope you didn't actually believe I was just going to put 'Lilliana is a very mysterious girl.' for her entire personality. I am now completly finished, judge me fairly. I hope she is not Mary-Sue-ish. I tried my hardest to give her some major flaws.)

Kilik is 5'2". He has a permanant Black Eye on his right eye due to a fight in his neighborhood with the police. He has ghost-white skin with a hint of peach. He has Forest Green eye that look like they're a meadowish color. He has amber hair with blonde streaks, letting drop down to the tip of his eye lashes, and occasionally, they get infront of his eyes completely. He usually wears his Black, long sleeved underarmor shirt with a plain red t shirt on top and his jeans, purposly ripped on the knees. He wears red Nike cleats that are flat squares on the bottom, A part of the shoelace damaged from his nieghbors dog. He has a pair of Black underarmor gloves. You may seee bruises on him, but this is normal. He is very, very skinny.

Personality:
Kilik is a fun person, though he has a strange sense of it. He's a dare devil, liking to play-fight with large metal sticks, or bungee-jump of buildings. There's probably nothing you can think of that he hasn't done. He likes music a lot, which is why he caries his iPod around with him all the time. He can be thoughtless at sometimes, unknowingly speaking his mind.

History:
Kilik was born in 1995 on June 15, Midnight. His homecity is Philadelphia, PA. He grew up here for most of his life, but then he moved to Easton, PA. This is where he currently is. Since the downfall of the economy, Kilik and his family were technically poor. At the age of 12, Kilik got his first job, having a paper route down a place where he likes to call Skid Row, where you can never trust anyone. He used the money for groceries. He gets most of his clothing from older friends, and still does to this day. He's also been resorting to stealing from unlicensed stores, this being a new thing for him.

Transformation:
He transforms into a rat. (Yes, a rat)

Transformation Appearance:
Kilik, when a rat, has pale grey skin, somtimes mistaken for white when far away. He still has his black eye, only smaller. He has sharp, but short teeth. Kilik likes to crawl on things while in this form, likeing how it feels when you're climbing on really big stuff. He also still has long fur, having that drip over his eyes and sometimes trip on it. His eyes change to a dirty yellow color when he transforms. Kilik has sharp claws, but he walks on his heels so they don't break, because they are sensitive when against hard pressure that he cannot break through (i.e. a sidewalk.) He has a dirty pink tail as well. (Can't forget the tail!)

Age: 15

Appearance:She tall and slender. She has short, sometimes curly brown-blonde-streaked hair, which in the back its' shorter and the front is longer. She has hazel eyes and freckles. She usally wears a sweater or a blouse, a long with jeans or shorts. Her shoes are tennis or sandals, and everything matches. She wears a cheap diamond necklace her mother gave her. Her skin is pale but looks tan on her neck. She always looks sleepy.

Personality:Heather is very shy, though if you get weaey and flattering around her, you can get her stubborn and heathen. She doesn't like many people. She can be mysterious or outgoing and snappy. She will start to count on someone, later.

History: She was born 1993 March 1st, dawn. There she grew up with her mother, but her father was a on drugs. He died in 2000. Her mother became ill, and gave her the diamond necklace, her mother died 2001. She lived alone cleaning, eating, sleeping and things for 7 tough years, before moving in with her long lost grandmother. She is now there, finally having a bit of company, from her grandmother and her dogs, Spick and Spike.

Avery called, "I'm just going out for a while. I'll be fine." Then she raced out the door.

She stopped for a moment in front of the forest. Was this really a good idea?

Finally, she mustered up her courage and headed in. For a long while, it was quiet and dark, but she began to see light after a few minutes. And in the clearing was the rock that she had seen in her dreams. She figured that she should wait there.
