Foxfur leaned down and took a few sips. He sat straight up again and gazed at Rosefrost. "Rosefrost I need to tell you something.." He mumbled.

Rosefrost flicked her ears. "Mmm..okay..mmm," she meowed through sips of water.

Foxfur hesitated. "You have been chosen as alpha!" He blurted out.

She didn't know what to say. Who else would he choose? Rosefrost thought approvingly.

Foxur blushed. He didn't mean it hard on her.

Rosefrost shuffled her paws akwardly. "Thanks," she meowed, so quiet that she almost couldn't hear herself.

Foxfur nodded and put his paw in the stream. He shivered and pulled it out.

Rosefrost had never noticed, but Eaglefeather had already left. "We forgot about Frostfur!" she meowed, slightly ruining the moment.

Foxfur bolted upright. "And where's Eaglefeather?" He wondered.

"Probably looking for Frostfur," she decided, then padded away, flicking her tail for Foxfur to follow.

Foxur followed his new mate.

It wasn't that much later until Rosefrost stumbled upon Eaglefeather and Frostfur.

"Hi!" Frostfur meowed, waving her tail in greeting. She looked at their wounds, and frowned. "Come here, I found some herbs for those."

Foxfur nodded and padded behinf Frostfur.

Frostfur padded into a glade, and picked up a bundle of a grassy-looking plant. "Help me chew these. It'll prevent infection."

Foxfur obeyed and chewed one. He flinched at the taste.

Frostfur was already done with her bundle, and quickly squeezed the juice onto Eaglefeather, Rosefrost, and Foxfur's wounds.
"Nobody's bleeding, right?" she asked.

Foxfur shook his head. "We were." He sighed.

Rosefrost sighed as she watched the setting sun, turning the sky dark. "I think we should stay here for the night."

Frostfur nodded. "Good idea," she agreed.

Foxfur nodded. He laid down and rested his head.

Rosefrost collasped right where she was, exhausted.
Eaglefeather padded a little ways away from the group, and then laid down.
Frostfur curled up into a ball near the edge of the glade.

Foxfur fell asleep.

[Dream time!]

Rosefrost fell into a deep sleep. It seemed as if she was too tired to dream, but she did anyways.

Foxfur started to dream, not knowing what about.
