Cloverwhisker stretched out his hind legs stiffly. "That sounds nice. We are running low.." he agreed, and followed her out the back of the medicine den. His pads tingled unpleasently on the frozen earth, and made low crunching noises on the dried leaves. His ears folded back in frustration as he continued to follow Whisperpelt.

Whisperpelt sniffed, the scent of tansy heavy in the air. This was her favorite spot to collect tansy, as it grew in large quantaties. But they had plenty of tansy. Whisperpelt was actually looking for catmint, when she caught another cat's scent-- an outsider,"Hm, what d'you suppose that is?"

Cloverwhisker lifted his head and parted his jaws slowly. "Loner, perhaps?" he suggested, unsheathing his claws instictively. It was more of a hope. He really was'nt in the mood to run into a hostile Rogue.

Cloverwhisker made a face. "But we can't just-" he stopped as the scent grew so strong, mixing with such inoccent fear-scent, that his tail stuck into the air. "Come here!" he called to Whisperpelt, sticking his nose to the ground. Quickly he found a narrow crevice in a thick tree root, on the ooposit side of a willow. He gasped at what he saw. Such a fragile, broken body, of a beautiful she-cat. He even could'nt tell if she was breathing.

bic; The pain was excruciating. Long scarlet streaks engulfed over every fragment of her lushous fur; they were all marks of the wounds she bore. Melodycloud could remember the claws tearing savagely at her fragile figure, and the blood-lusted eyes that glared menacingly at her. All the malice, the vengeance in the air... It was horrifying merely to remember it all. Her sore paws suddenly eased; she could no longer feel them. Normally she would've panicked, but it was relieving... The pain was ebbing away. Perhaps Starclan was accepting her into their ranks? It was about time.

Cloverwhisker panicked. He did'nt care is she was a loner and he was a medicine cat- he could'nt let her die!
"Whisperpelt, come and help me drag her to camp!" he rasped, carefully holding the delicate she-cat's forebody up. He pulled her out of the shadows and heard a gasp come from Whisperpelt's mouth.

Whisperpelt hurried over, gently graspign the che-cat in her jaws,"We must hurry," said Whisperpelt, her words muffled through the once-beautiful fur,"This cat needs serious treatment! I wonder what attacked her..."

Cloverwhisker blinked, carefully pulling along the loner's body. "Its hard to tell...it looks as if abadger decided to take a chunk out of the first thing it saw, and it must have been this poor thing." he thought aloud, muffled by the bloody fur. Once he saw the ferns to the entrance of the medicine den from the back, he quickened his pace untill they were inside the comfort of the herbal area. "Alright then..hang in there..." he layed her down on a large mosy nest gently.

Whisperoelt began licking the fur of their newest patient; she trusted Cloverwhisker would get the right herbs. Whisperpelt cleaned up the injured cat's fur, getting all the blood off, and little twigs and leaves and the sort.

Cloverwhisker burrowed his head in the herbal den, the refreshing scent of the different remedies lifting his senses. His emerald eyes lit up the tiny cave and he carefully took a rap of herbs in his jaws. He pulled his head out and began unfolding them infront of the dazed she-cat.

Leopardfire, on a hunting mission, randomly stalked a mouse nearby the border. He pounced, and it got away. "Fox dung!" he spat.

Hawkfrost turned to the sound of another cat, but she couldn't tell it if was him. She dropped the rabbit she carried in her mouth, and laid down in the sand with her haed on her paws.

Grumbling, he stalked all the way out towards the border, and then froze when he saw Hawkfrost waiting there.
