I leaned against a tree and sighed. "So, what do we do now?" I asked.

"Dunno," I replied. "Maybe build our own civilization," I added sarcastically.

I rolled my eyes at Jesse. "Mm. WONDERFUL idea, it'll be interesting to see who is charged for kidnapping when our parents find us." I muttered under my breath. I shrugged at Arabelle. "I'm.. not really sure." I had never ditched before.

I grinned, but stayed silent.Show off, that Jesse. I played with my hair a little.

"Well we can't just stay here for the next six hours," I said matter-of-factly. As soon as I said it I heard a few gruff voices come through the trees. It sounded a lot like, "They went that way," and "I didn't see their faces, so we can't be sure..." I cursed under my breath. "Too bad I was wrong- they did see us!"

I gasped silently, hearing the voices as well. "We have to go, like NOW."

I bit my lip. Great. Now what were they going to do. She glanced at Arabelle.

"But where?" I asked matter of factly.

"How 'bout we figure that part later, after the POLICE are off our tail, hmm?" I replied, hating the fact that he was arguing with me.

I rolled my eyes. "I agree with.. Annabelle." I said.

I didn't want to answer that question. "Erm... fine..."

I jummped down from the tree. "How 'bout we run and see where it takes us?" I stated glaring at all of them.

I thought for a moment. My parents were going to be gone for the whole day, as usual. I breathed in. "Fine," I grumbled, mostly to myself. "Follow me!" I turned to leave, in the direction of my house.

Exactly what I was saying, smart one. I thought, glaring right back at Jacob.
I got up, and followed after Arabelle swiftly.

I followed new girl. I forgot her name already, but that didn't matter, just as long as I get out of the frickin' woods.

I followed everyone else. Arabelle had taken the job to be leader and get us away.

I dashed after the group. Keeping my hearing perked up incase if the police were gaining ground faster then we were.

Soon I began to realize that I was no longer running on just my legs... but my hands as well. What THE?! I thought, but began to stumble, as I had no idea how to run on four legs. I fell, and landed against a tree. "Ouch," I growled, and looked for something to pull me up. The problem was I couldn't manage to grab anything.

I was about to smiled, but realized that I was on my hands and knees. Probably just tripped, I tried to say, but all that came out was a meow.

I wasn't paying any attention to anybody in front of me, and when I looked down and saw paws I nearly ran into a tree freaking out. I tried to speak, but it came out as meowing and growling.

I realized what happened: I'm a freakin' cat. A CAT! I tried to yell, but it was really just growling and yowling.

I noticed all of my 'friends' were replaced with animals. I blinked and looked down at my hands. Sure enough... fur and paws. I tried to speak but a low growl sounded out.

I looked down at myself. I was a lot shorter than I used to be, I had fur, and paws. Orange fur too, like that of a fox

I fell, stumbling by Arabelle. But she wasn't Arabelle. I looked around. Everything was so big. So.. loud. I looked at my hands and feet. Paws!
