= JointClan = Part 7- Returning trouble

Wingclaw shrugged. "Lets just hope..." He said, and padded over to Wolf. "Wolf, your going to lead BloodClan." He said.

Wolf's jaw nearly fell off his face. (xD) "B-but.. Bloodstar, your the leader! I'm.. I .. I can't!" He said. Well, maybe he could. He just didn't want to try.

Wingclaw brushed his tail over Wolfs mouth. "Shush. I'm not Bloodstar either. It's Wingclaw." he told him. "I don't want any questions, Wolfstar."

Wolf looked at him, eyes wide. He pawed Wingclaw's tail away. "SHUT UP. JUST SHUT UP RIGHT NOW." Wolf growled. "I'm.. I'm not Wolfstar. I'm Wolf, just Wolf. A WARRIOR. Not LEADER!" Wolf said, desperate. Oh, StarClan help me! He thought.

Wingclaw smiled. "Deal with it. Your BloodClan's new leader, unless you want to leave all those cats homeless?"

"Where will you go, then. BLOODSTAR?" Wolf asked. Wolf had planned on staying in JointClan with Branch, not going back. "Why the sudden change?" He asked, suspicious. All this after a talk with Fernstar?

Wingclaw rolled his eyes. "If it makes you feel better, I'll talk Branch into going back with you." He offered, trying to avoid his question.

"It doesn't. Because, what if Branch wants to stay here? You'll probably force her to go back." He snapped. "Why the sudden change of mind and heart, hmm?" He pressed, "All this, after talking to Fernstar. Somethings up, and I intend to find out what." He said. "Unless, you choose to tell me."

Wingclaw grinned a little. "Hm. I'll just ask someone else to be leader." He said and padded toward Peaceheart.

Wolf bounded after him, and stood in front, blocking his path. "Tell me, please, just tell me what happened! I swear by StarClan and on my LIFE I won't tell."

"Well, I think it's time to, uhm, go," He said quickly on the last word, slipping into a bush.

Wingclaw silde under Wolf's belly. "I trust no one. But my kits, Maroon, Peaceheart, and Branch. Then only my mate. F-" He stopped and turned, bounding towards Peaceheart.

Wolf thought. F.. F.. FERNSTAR! "Wingclaw and Fernstar.. sitting in a tree.. k.i.s.s.i.n.g.." He whisper sang as he jumped in front of Wingclaw before he reached Peaceheart. "YOur mates with Fernstar." He whispered in Wingclaw's face. "THATS why."

Wingclaw stopped, but stayed calm. "Congratulations, Wolf." He smirked. "Now, Peacestar's the leader the BloodClan."

"Great for her, 'cause I'm staying here." Wolf rolled his eyes, and bounded up to Fernstar. "I know your secret, I know your secret.." He whispered.

"SHUT THE STARCLAN UP." Fernstar said loudly, then looking around, embrassed. "Heh, but really, shut up WOLF!"

"Staying here? What is he, crazy?" Kira thought. He wanted to scream out and convince his only friend not to leave home! But then, Bloodstar would kill him for hearing the secrets, and Kira would be a fallen starcat...

((If someone would care, look up Kira- in a japanese translator. it's a little joke.))

Wolf darted away, smiling to himself for being irritating. "Kira?" He called, looking around.

"Oh no! Gotta think fast... uhm... uhm... Got it!" Kira thought to himself before sneaking out of the bush, not making a sound. He appeared to Wolf behind a tree. "Wolf... You're back!" Kira said, finding words.

"I was always here, Kira.." He said, cocking his head. He looked around JOintClan camp. "I'm not coming back, I don't think.."

"Wh-what? But, what about Bloodclan? What about the warrior code?" Kira asked. If he refused, Kira would obviously stay with Wolf, but it'd be easier if they went back home.

"Well, Bloodstar bro-" Wolf suddenly trailed off into silence. He couldn't give Bloodstar/Wingclaw away, he'd kill him. "I'm staying, you can to if you want," He said calmly and quietly.

Pufflepaw strolled up to Wolf. "You can't stay with permission." She pointed out. She had gotten taller, and was going to get her warrior name today. "You have to ask Fernstar. Besides, since Grasstail is hostage in camp, and also your aunt, FFernstar made Wingcla deputy." She huffed at him. Good luck." She smirked, and walked away.


(I randomly said he was deputy. xD)

Wolf growled. "Ball of fluff." He snapped.

"Don't worry about her. She'll realize who we are," Kira said. He sighed and said, "Let's ask them..."

Bashpaw growled at Wolf, "Don't call Pufflepaw a ball of fluff! She's tougher then you'll ever be, and getting her warrior name today!" He snarled, and padded after Pufflepaw. They were BOTH getting their names.
