"Well, could I have like, a tour of the territory.. Or something?" Speck asked, trying to be polite. "I don't know it well.. And you probaly know it better then anyone..' Speck trailed off, he was babbling.

Speck nodded, and let out a breath of air. He turned also to see the new wolf.

Harefoot could see some others nearby. She crouched for a moment there, thinking, maybe she could startle them with speed. Quickly, she gathered her strength and lunged out of her hiding place, tearing across the rocks until she reached them, screeching to a stop and kicking up dust.

Raven's lip curled. Were these wolves ignoring him? That was just plain rude! His claws itched, and then he was bowled over by something whizzing by him. He stumbled and shook his head, directing his growl at Harefoot.

Raven flicked his ears. "Raven Talon." He said nothing more. He only glared at the others with his dull eyes.

Speck watched, sensing the tenseity.

((You mean "intensity"? XD))

"I join." Raven spat out the words like poison. He hated talking. Especially to wolves he didn't know. There was a growl in his throat, but he stifled it.

Harefoot gave a growl, swinging her head at the others, her fur bristling. Her eyes glinted as she bit at the air in front of Renna.

((This reminds me of the Cowardly Lion in the Wizard of Oz.))

Speck stood close behind Renna, and glaring at Raven. He wasn't exactly what you would call a ray of sunshine.

Name: Shoka
Gender: Female
Description[put some time into this]: Shoka is an ashy grey wolf, with streaks of black and sky blue in her bushy tail. Her fur is thick, and her eyes are a clear shimmering ice blue. Her right shoulder sports a jagged two-inch scar from a past battle.
Personality: Although she is kind to those she knows well, Shoka can be mean to strangers. She doesn't fall in love easily due to a tramatic experiance in her past that caused her to run away from her old home. But despite that, she's fiercely loyal to her friends and her pack.
Powers[2]: Controlling Ice and Water. ((does that count as two?))

Shoka paused in her moutain trek when she heard the voices of other wolves. Creeping up behind them, she tried to hear what they were saying. As she tried to get closer, a twig snapped under her paw, making her flinch in surprise.

Raven turned his head at the snap of a twig and flicked his ears towards the noise, growling.

((WHY ISN'T ANYONE RESPONDING TO MY CHARACTER?))

Speck automatically turned toward the noise, his lips drawn in a snarl, his fur bristling.
