16 years after the time of the forbidden kingdom, A boy by the name of Sasori found the stick which the puppet king used to fight of the remaining jade warriors. He saw the rod in a chinese pawn shop. The owner, Kankuro, told him about the sacred rod and the story about the puppet king. A group of local "bullies" said for Sasori to take the staff, so he did. then he started to feel drowsy and everything turned black. He woke up to find other guys like him in a chinese resturant. And so the adventure began...
