Amberheart called for Fernpaw. "Fernpaw!" She called.

SCarstar popped out of his den. He walked up too Wolfheart.

Fernpaw didn't listen, but was a bit hurt. Her Clan didn't have time for her, her mother was dead and a piece of crow-food. She followed still.

Wolfheart smiled. "Any room for another warrior?" He asked, through gritted teeth.

No answer came to Amberheart, for fernpaw could not hear her.

OceanStorm whirled around, "Leave FERNPAW! I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO CARE FOR YOU! GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!" Her pelt bristled as she watched WolfHeart and ScarStar.

Amberheart ran after Fernpaw and hissed. She grabbed the apprentice and padded back to camp. "Don't act like you don't belong!"

Fernpaw stopped following, and her crestfallen face showed it all. She blinked back tears, and ran away from Oceanstorm, away from her Clan, away from everybody. Amberheart picked her up, and she didn't say a word. She tried to get free. "Leave me ALONE!" She hissed, trying to hold the tears back.

Amberheart kept on walking. She shook her head.

Fernpaw let a single tear run down her cheek. She was silent the rest of the way, and let herself be carried back like a small kit.

Wolfheart looked at Scarstar. "Any mroe room in your Clan?" He asked.

"For me too?" Ocean asked stepping up from the bushes.

SCarstar nodded.

A large rogue padded up to Oceanstorm and Wolfheart. "I'm Gorseteeth. Come on." He said.

Wolfheart growled slightly, but pretty much ignored Oceanstorm, and followed Gorseteeth.

Fernpaw saw the camp at last, and wriggled free from Amberheart and bounded into her den, feeling so alone.

OceanStorm looked at WalfHeart for a moment, her own heart fluttering as she followed the large rouge.

Woflheart followed the large rouge, and tried to ignore Oceanstorm, they were both traitors now.

Gorseteeth led them into the warriors den.

Storm kept glancing at Wolfheart. She would turn her head away quickly whenever he saw her looking at him.

Wolfheart nodded. "Thanks." He said, to the large rouge. Wolfheart glanced at Storm, and then away again.

fernpaw started crying, nobody cared about her at all.

Storm glanced at Wolfheart for a minute or two before looking down at her paws and blushing.

Amberheart dropped Fernpaw at camp and sat down by her. "Aer you okay?" She asked.

Lionkit came tumbling into Fernpaw.

Wolfheart looked at Storm. "Why did you leave?" He asked, his voice soft and low.

Fernpaw hissed in annoyance at the kit. "I'm fine." And stalked off toward the apprentice den, starting to cry from Storm's harsh words.

The soft question caught Storm by surprise, and without even thinking she said, "To be with you."

Toothfang heard Fernpaw crying he slowly padded into her den. "Look.." He started, hurt in his eyes.

Wolfheart was a bit surprised, but didn't say anything for a moment. "Why?" The simple question hung in the air.

Fernpaw tried to stop, she sniffled a bit. "What is it, Toothfang?" Fernpaw asked, it was only him she talked nicely too, and not snappy.

"Uh..." Storm said, Not sure how to answer. Her heart raced and she breathed slowly.

Toothfang walked in by her. "Well, I really caer about you, but it just hurts too see everyone giving you and me mean stares." He sighed.

Wolfheart had a soft smile playing at the edges of his muzzle. "You don't have to answer." He added softly, his heart pounding.

Fernpaw smiled softly at Toothfang. " I know it hurts. Wolfheart.. And Oceanstorm too.." Fernpaw said softly, wait! Toothfang didn't know the words that Oceanstorm had yelled at her,

OceanStorm blushed, "It's because I didn't want to be without you."
