Pond Dust Magic Wolves~ Part Six~ A Vampire bite

(You start or me? Have we found Icepelt yet or what? XD)

Recluse: "Spark! Don't give up!"

(we haven't found Icepelt yet, but Recluse will find him in a minute!)

"Who said anything about... about giving up?" Spark growled, half heart-broken. He held onto the hope that Icepelt was alive and raced on through the rubble of the tower. "Where's the tunnel?" he asked, looking at Recluse.

Recluse: "Were in the cave genius!" I snorted. "Icepelt!?" I howled.

"This?" he asked. "But it's huge!" Spark complained. He scrambled over rock and then fell into a shallow hole covered in a thin layer of rock. Panting, he clawed his way back up onto solid ground. "With all these tunnels, we'll never find him." Spark sulked.

Recluse: "Stop whining! It's easy! See that lake? Ya touch, ya die...this is the cave Skell Pack nested in, see?" I picked up a wolf bone. "Now we need to go through that tunnel...across the lake. You need to leap! I'll fly over and help ya! C'mon!" I flew to other side. The jump was massive! About 35 feet long. "C'mon Spark!"

Roseclaw turned to Lawkyn but did not look directly into his eyes. "Something just tells me something's going on... somewhere. We need to explore this place."

Lawkyn nodded. "We'll head off." He barked to the other three. "Why don't you ever do anything? Come on, follow us!"

Spark turned tail and ran. After 30 seconds or so he reapeared, dashing at the speed of light and cleared the leap. Unfortunatley, his turbulance dragged the deadly water with him, so he sidestepped toward Recluse to throw it off. It pooled in a corner of the cave.

Recluse: I grabbed Spark with a wing, for I saw he was falling. "SPARK!" I howled.

Spark clawed up the rocks, sweat dropping off his forehead and sizzling onto the lake.

The trio of wolves followed the other two. Whitney was being rather calm right now; she dind't feel like doing anything other than walking. She liked the feel of the gentle wind in her fur, the quiet thud of her pads hitting the ground... Ahhhh. Refreshing.

Perishsong didn't feel like meeting strangers right now. He kept himself positioned in the middle of the group, behind Whitney.

Garjou was probably the most neutral of the three. He was energetic but not hyper; calm but not asleep; happy but not ecstatic.

(Did Spark fall in the lake!? I mean come on!)

Recluse: "Get up here!"

((*at loss* Okay, 1) what's happening? 2) where's Frostwhisker?, and 3) does the lead alpha have a mate? Because I remember before I left the alpha female and Frostwhisker digging each other. 8)))

((Buncha vamp wolves are all 'AHHH!!!' and I dunno where he is. But I do know that the alpha has a mate. :sors:

((Well, Frostwhisker and Violet were "together"...and am I mistaken when I see it says Vi is bitten? Because Frosty really liked her. :())

(Well, they can be 'restored' ya know. They're not dead or anything.)

Spark finally heaved himself onto the rock. "Let's go." he said between gulps of air.

((Explain please. So, there are vamp wolves running through the forest biting us, and...))

(Vi's a good vampire, like Caleb, and Dani.)

Recluse: "This will be quicker! Back up!" I howled, I sent an explosion hitting a part of cave that was dangerous. "OK! C'mon!!!" I saw a small piece of blue fur in a corner. "Icepelt?"

Caleb- I trotted through the forest, the scent of frwsh flowers wafting through his nose.

Danalli 23: My new armor coating clanked as I walked. "Caleb?"
