WaveClan: Part One: Rising Tide

Suddenly Hurricanestar's loud yowl thundered across the beach. "Cats of WaveClan, please gather under Tide Rock for a Clan meeting!"

"Looks like we don't have a choice," Dawnfire muttered, noticing Hurricanestar was really using his 'You don't have a choice' voice.

Hurricanestar scanned the gathered cats until he was sure that everyone was here.

Spadekit's paws tingled. Finally, she thought, Aquakit and I will be apprentinces!

Stormheart hurried under the Tide Rock. He looked up at Aquakit.

Aquakit was bouncing with excitment. She sat impaientently, she wanted her mentor soon.

(I luv your new avvie Moonclaw!)

( Tank you, tank you! I am thinking of a name for her.)

(It looks like my charie on WI named Spiritflower, but she died about 4 months ago... :( My RP cat.)

Hurricanestar paused, building up the anxiety. "Aquakit," he meowed. "From now on, your name shall be Aquapaw. I have chosen Dawnfire as your mentor. I hope that she will pass all her skills and cleverness to you."

Dawnfire's eyes lit up at the mention of her name.

Stormheart looked at Dawnfire. He was happy but also envyed him for having an apprentice, he smiled at Dawnfire.

Aquapaw bubbled up with pride and excitment, she looked at her new mentor.

Peachnose smiled, happy for Dawnfire.

(Yeah. Ay first her mate Darkheart died and she tried to kill herself like 4 times, and then she was killed by a bear, protecting her kits. Remember Peachpaw Pumpkin pie? Peachpaw is Spiritflowers daughter.)

((Yeah, how could I forget? Falconfur was Peachpaw's mentor!))

"Spadekit..." Hurricanestar continued. "From now on your name will be Spadepaw. Your mentor shall be Stormheart. Although he is a new warrior, I see in him great potential and I hope that he will pass his strengths to you."

Stormheart looked up at the sound of his name. He bubbled up with pride and beamed. He looked at his new apprentice, he knew Spadepaw would be a great warrior someday.

Aquapaw looked at Stormheart, she was happy for her friend.

Stormheart saw Peachnose sigh, " You'll get an apprentice soon." Stormheart assured her.

Spadepaw beamed and ran up to Stormheart with pride.

((Alright, the next apprentince goes to Peachnose! Unless kelsey makes the next one, I don't like it when people mentor the apprentince they play))

She smiled at him. "Thanks." She mewed.

(Neither do I, I don't want to be my own apprentice, xD)

Stormheart ducked his head to his apprentice.

Aquapaw followed Spadepaw's lead, and ran up to her mentor.

((Alright, that works then))

Hurricanestar jumped off of Tide Rock, indicating that the meeting was over.

Spadepaw instantly bomarded Stormheart with questions. "When will I learn how to hunt? Are we going to tour the territory? What about battle m-"

She was cut off as Flamestorm flicked his tail at her.

Stormheart laughed, " We can have a toru of the territory now if you like. " Stormheart said, " Mabye Aquapw and Dawnfire can come too.. if they want to.." Stormheart added.

((Heh, Spadepaw makes me laugh))

"Alright!" she meowed.

Dawnfire nodded. "We'd love to go!" she replied, flashing a glance at Aquapaw to make sure it was OK.

Aquapw nodded happily. She stood close behind her mentor.

" Okay." Stormheart said, starting toward the entrance of camp. " Could dawnfire lead, she knows the territory better then me.." Stomrheart said.
