Plot:
Soot was a little kitten. He always wished he could go out into the forest, but it was dangerous to
wish for something in Maris Ville. Soot's parents died in a terrible battle with alley cats, leaving soot
alone. The little black and white kitten fled into the forest, spotting a cave he could sleep in. It was filled
with emeralds, and when soot slept in it, something happened when he woke up. He was no longer a cat. He
was a snow leopard.
