Lilly hung up and raced to Jasper's house, tear stained. She knocked frantically at his door.

"Allright, I'll see you there." Dani hung up the phone and skated off toward the beach. She went and sat in the sand, waiting for Jasper.

Jasper fast-walked over to the beach. His faced flushed as Dani's figure appeared. "Er... Hi... You wanted to talk?"

"yes" Dani said quietly. "Um, I never told you this but... well, Jasper...... Ireally like you. I always have but didn't want to say anything because I knew Lily likes you. But the point is, Ijust want to let you know that, and Iknow that you like me as a friend, and I think that's fine that we are friends, and I just want to tell you that if you don't want to be any more than that, then thats fine." A tear rolled Dani's face as she twiddled her thumbs and looked up at Jasper.

Jeremy looked out his window at the dark, usually empty, beach. But this time it wasn't empty, he saw Jasper and Dani talking to each other. He was very happy for Jasper that he had a new girlfriend. Or atleast what he thought was his new girlfriend. He opened his cellphone and sent a text to Jasper that said:
Woah! Way to go dude! I guess Dani's your new girlfriend?
Jeremy smiled to himself, and sat back in his bed.

Jake overheard Dani talking to Jasper. He rubbed his eyes as teARS ROLLED DOWN AND RAN PAST THEM, CRYING.

Jasper had his eyesopened wide. He took Dani's shaking hand. "Dani, you're my best friend. I like you, but not that way. I still want to be friends. Maybe I'll feel that way about you eventually. I'm not ready for a relationship at the moment." Right then, his phone vibrated.

Dani looked down. Tears streaked down her face. "I gotta go." In a maximum of about three seconds, Dani picked up her skatebaord and rolled away as fast as possible.

Lilly Anne didn't see Dani as she ran up to Jasper. When she arrived, she trurned him around and gave him a huge kiss. Once she as done, she hugged him and whispered, "Ilove you..." Her face was tear stained from before, but she had somehow gotton the courage to do all that!

Dani turned back around and looked at them. She collapsed in the middle of the road sobbing, hard and loud. She wanted Lily to pay. She ALWAYS got what she wanted. She put her arms over her head, and sobbed into her knees.

Jeremy quietly waited for a reply. Then he sat up and looked out the window. Dani was in the middle of the road and Lily and Jasper had just kissed. He picked up his hoodie and ran to the beach. He was next to Jasper and Lily. "WHAT IS GOING ON?! I THOUGHT YOU WERE WITH DANI, DUDE, AND NOW SHE'S SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET CRYING! W-WHA-?"

Lilly started to sob, not the kind of fak, payback tears that Dani was crying, but real ones... "You-You're with... Dani...?" she cut Jeremy off. "I shuld've known I coul never get a guy! The only guy I think may actually like me, of course, is taken!" Lilly fell to the ground.

Dani frantically got up and tried to wipe her tears away that were still leaking out. "No, no, no no no. I'm NOT with Jasper. And I'm done with all this crap. I just want this to be normal again." Her face was red and tear stained but she added, "And Jeremy," Jeremy looked up. "Just to be clear, Jasper and I are NOT together." Jeremy looked down. "sorry," he mumbled. Dani picked up her skateboard, and rolled away as fast as posssible.
