| Tabetha was up early that morning, mixing her famous bread dough and popping a fresh loaf into the oven before turning over the 'closed' sign to 'open'. She stopped to prop open the cabin door and let the aroma of baking goods drift out to the villagers, and let the comforting smell of flowers drift in. Looking over and giving an affectionate scratch to Elizabeth's black head, tied a tighter knot in her apron, and went back to work. | |

"Good kitty." She put him down and went over to the paddock where Bessie, Gingersnap, and Wollo all sat grazing. | |
