| {AN - This may or may not be the last IAgents, not sure if they'll be in fifth in the future or not. But with that being said, this picks up FIVE MONTHS after they find out Anna is the traitor. If you don't understand Rebecca's explaination or her (crazed, psycho, killer rant) letter, then I can explain. XD - Becca}
IAgents Four
Preface -
- Spoiler:
It should be an out-right sin to do what Anna did. I closed my eyes, for the billionth time, knowing that it wouldn't make a difference, it would only hold the tears back, only hold them at bay, while my lungs struggled to take in breath, and I tried to shift in the bed, where I could find sleep again. Oh… Oh Gosh… I managed to keep in a tortured sob, burrowing my head into my pillow, trying to block out the flashes of spastic light, the dim twilight that had covered the room as Anna had made it known that she was the traitor to our group. "Oh…" I hadn't realized the choked word had actually disturbed the hushed silence of the room, until I started to bawl into the pillow. Sure, I was an agent, a spy trained by the government to never show emotions in a time of distress, to never show weakness while recovering from a mission, to never feel anything, to just live my life, an emotionless void full of nothing, and never knowing that there were other ways of living, happier ways of living.

Dear To Whom It May Concern; If you're reading this right now, then you need to know what's happened, and what's going to happen soon, you need to realize that this- that she is a force that only I- we can deal with. Only the IAgents can stop one of our own, since you put the drug in our systems. Since you made us all super-human. I'm going to tell you what happened. Quickly, to sum it all up, so I don't take too much room out of this letter, so I don't fill it with things you might have witnessed yourself, or have already been briefed on. But, hopefully, by the time you get this letter, we'll be gone, either from this world, or from the school. Do NOT come find us. This is a direct order from Agent Rebecca Randall, from a commanding officer of the new SAD section of the CIA. The Search and Destroy division. Our mission is to go out into the world and take out any potential threats to our country, to our lives, or to the lives of American citizens. It is not your job to try and locate the team, the team is composed of Agents: Daniel Mattson, Benjamin Smith, Jay Night, Alexandria Grange, Lauren Mallory, Jacob Adams, and Rebecca Randall; Myself. We are the remaining seven IAgents, our job is to find Annabelle Jackson, a rogue CIA operative and ex-IAgent, who is now very dangerous, and has the same training and surgery. If you are reading this, then please, listen to it, listen to ME, listen to my pleas. An- Operative Jackson is a very dangerous criminal and can only be dispatched and dealt with by her own team, by the team that she kidnapped and returned to the America's beaten and bruised, the team that she personally tortured for five months, the team that has now become their own force to be dealt with. This is a lot to take in, whoever you are, be careful, but don't worry. We've been trained, we've healed, we've realized that the only way of fully being able to return to semi-normal lives is to take out the one person we want so desperately back. Please, don't try and find us, where ever we are, we'll be safe, we can take care of ourselves, we're the IAgents, we can do anything, no matter how much it hurts, or how long we were tortured. We can take care of ourselves, you just need to find it in yourself, to crumple up this letter and throw it in the nearest trash can, because no matter if you take it to the President himself, no one is going to find us. We've gone off the charts. And we intend to stay there. - Commanding Officer and Special Agent Rebecca Randall.
-
Anna had shocked us, sure, I mean, it's a shock when you find out that one of your best friends is now a murderer and a killer. She had quickly managed to get us all tied back up, but not before releasing a wave of highly trained assassins to have their go at the seven of us, while she watched happily from the side, smiling softly as we all got beaten, bloodied, and bruised. Lauren had screamed, cursed, Blake had thrown herself at her, Alley had gone cold, Dan and Ben had begged, Jay had ripped a chair up and thrown it, Jacob had stared, and I had just dealt. We all got our butts handed to us, knocked out, put in separate rooms, and tortured, mercilessly for five months. Each day, Anna would visit us, talk, and feed us, then she'd torture us to the point of no return, only to come back the next day and do it all over again. We hadn't plead with her after the second day, after she had brought out knives and scalpels, and all sorts of objects that shouldn't be legal. The second day, she had made it known where her alliances lie. For me, she had slowly caused me pain, cutting my arms, bruising my ribs, and making me scream when she stuck hot pokers in my side. In all truth, I hadn't expected for her to come back the next day, check me, and say that I was all healed, and that she was ready for another go. I guess that's what the Scientists did, made us special, made us heal, made us strong, but Anna knew how each of us ticked. She knew our insecurities, she told Alley she was the worst leader in the entire world, and played tapes of Blake screaming, telling her that the girl was dead because of her. Anna told Jay that I had begged and pleaded for her to accept me into her facilities, make me one of her servants, make me a part of her team, she knew he wondered, if all the times I had pretended, if once, it was real, for half a second. But in the end, she had tortured Lauren the most. In the end, each day, for two hours, Anna would go into Lauren's room, sit in a chair in front of her, and let her stare, knowing that their friendship was forever lost. And that no matter what, it could never be rebuilt.
Chapter One -
- Spoiler:
"Gun!" Alley shouted, and Dan threw a gun towards her. She caught it with one hand and whirled around, putting two rounds through the henchman headed towards her. She threw it back to Dan, who in turn used the butt to knock one henchman out. Blake and Lauren tag-teamed a group of four, fighting hand to hand because they claimed it was too much fun to for-go weapons. Of course, it was fun to watch big beefy men get beat up by two kids. Jay and Jacob switched positions, throwing up their legs and roundhouse kicking each of their henchman backwards, before lashing out and snapping their necks in unison. Ben moved towards two henchman, ducking right as they both swung and watching amused as the two knocked the other out. Rebecca laughed lightly as she turned around and punched the henchman trying to sneak up on her. Soon, everyone was dispatched and Alley came over to sit on the floor. "I swear if Anna keeps sending so many henchmen, she's going to run out soon." It had been five months since they had gotten kidnapped and tortured by their friend, two weeks since they had left the letter explaining everything and gone after their ex-friend. Ben ran a hand through his hair and managed a weak chuckle, "Well, they are getting tougher to fight. Maybe she's pumping them full of the stuff we've all got in our systems." Dan struck a pose, moving his shirt sleeve back and flexing his muscles, "Yeah, but we've still got them all beat." He muttered in a thick accent, that reminded everyone of the Terminator, "But they'll be back." The group laughed breathlessly as Rebecca looked around and did a head count, making sure each person in the team was there, minus the one that had kicked them to the curb for some shiny Russian computers. She frowned, "Anna sent eleven this time around. Good grief, where is she finding enough men to fuel her little hissy fit?" The IAgents had stolen some sort of disk thing from Anna's hideout about a week ago, and since then they'd been getting little surprises every time they turned a corner. Big beefy surprises that wanted to kill them, but surprises none-the-less. "Jake," She turned to the teen, pulling the disk out of her pocket and tossing it to him, "Can you see if you can get whatever's on this off of it and onto your computer?" He nodded, "Sure, I guess. I mean, it'll be kind of hard, since she's got everything encrypted twice, and then translated into Latin, then Russian." Jacob went silent for a moment like he was calculating something in his head before looking at the group, "Give me a week. Tops." Rebecca grinned, nodding, "Good. We can keep fighting for a week." Everyone glared at the girl for a moment, before Dan pulled out a cell phone from his pocket, "Who wants Pizza tonight, and who wants Chinese?" The group had been staying at a safe-house unknown to most in the center of Moscow, the main city of Russia. None of them had even heard about it until Lauren had beat it out of a CIA newbie when they were leaving. They'd jacked the plane tickets and come straight to the house, making sure it was still 'safe' before setting up a temporary home in it. The group gathered what they could get from Anna's henchman and headed back towards the city, away from the small bit of forest they had currently been exploring. Alley raised her hand, along with Blake and Lauren for Chinese while they walked, and Jay, Jacob, Rebecca, Ben, and Dan raised their hands for pizza. Ben did a little dance and grinned, "Pizza again, suckers. I call dibs on a pepperoni." They all fought each other for toppings while they left the forest and made their way through the semi-dark city streets. The side of the city they were on wasn't exactly the best part to be, but a group of seven agents could handle themselves, no matter what the threat was. When they got back to the house, then entered it in pairs, Lauren going in last and covering everyone with a once over, while holding a gun. The door was locked and bolted as soon as they all got inside and Dan phoned in their order. It was strange, but the pizza people were used to the group of kids calling in at odd hours of the night. They figured they were all part of some strange American exchange program, and they waited until their guardians went to sleep before partying all night. In reality, they spread out in the living room with documents about Russian spies and Anna, trying to connect two and two together to make a nice even four. They had yet to count to three. The doorbell rang and Jay stood up, grabbing some money before peaking through the hole and opening it. He paid the pizza person, told him to have a good night in Russian before locking the door back and facing his ravenous six friends. He slowly sat the pizzas down and dived out of the way, not ready to lose a limb just yet. Unknowingly to the seven people in the house, the pizza guy walked back down the street and around a corner before pulling out a cell phone and pressing seven buttons. "Hello?" A female voice answered quickly, and then continued with a snap, "This better be good Dimitri, or you're going to find a bullet through your stomach when you get back. No medical treatment either. Hope you don't die." The man rolled his eyes before replying in a thick accent, "I've found the IAgents. They're in a safe-house on the East side of Moscow. They just ordered pizza from me and paid me. Can I keep the extra cash, Boss?" The girl grinned and replied happily, "Of course, Dimitri. Did I ever tell you how much I love an appreciate such a hard working henchman as yourself? Come back to the base and we'll talk about you getting a better room to sleep in, instead of those horrible barracks." "Thank you." He closed the phone, shaking his head slowly before adding, "Anna." Chapter Two -
I rolled over, forgetting that I had crashed on the couch. Landing on the floor in a heap, I groaned, and rubbed my head, blearily looking up to see if I had waken anybody else. Everyone was sleeping soundly, including Ben, who was supposed to be the watchman for last night. Rolling my eyes, I stood up slowly, stretching my arms over my head while jumping over discarded pizza boxes from last night. Jacob was in a chair, sleeping with the laptop haphazardly sitting in his lap. Lauren was leaning up against one of the chairs, that had Blake in it, sleeping soundly. Ben and Dan were sitting near each other, slightly facing each other like they'd fallen asleep talking. Rolling my eyes again, I glanced at Alley, who was spread out on the other side of the couch, where I had just gotten up. Jay was gone. Wandering into the kitchen, I found him rooting through the refrigerator with one hand. "You know," I drawled, leaning against the doorframe, while he jerked and knocked his head on the top of the fridge, whirling around to glare at me, "We're out a milk." I laughed, as Jay's eyes narrowed. "And to think I was actually debating on making you guys breakfast." He muttered, shutting the fridge and crossing his arms, raising an eyebrow at me, "There's a note for you on the table. 'Found it this morning when I was snatching a paper from across the street." I shot him a look, before sitting down at the small table, fingering the note with one hand before glancing back up at my best friend, "Did it ever occur to you that no one knows where we are?" I snapped, glaring at him harshly, "This could be a bomb." He snorted, "Yeah, because that thin piece of paper is going to explode. Rebecca," Jay turned and faced me, "There are only two possible options for who that's from. Anna, or the CIA." "I'm really hoping it's a bomb." I laughed, ripping the tape off and unfolding the thin slip of paper. "' Agent Randolph,'" I read aloud in a high-pitched voice, "'We have been informed of your unorthodox using of a safe house in Moscow, and wish for you to contact the agency immediantly.'" I glanced at Jay, raising an eyebrow, "Yeah, that's going to happen when someone busts down our door and shouts, 'YOU'RE A WIZARD, REBECCA.'" Jay shot me a look, as Dan stumbled into the kitchen, going straight to the fridge, moaning, "Bacon…" "We're out, dork." Lauren snapped, rubbing her eyes and crashing in the seat beside me, glancing at the note with a cocked head, "What's that?" I shrugged, sitting it on the table, while getting up, "A note from our friendly neighborhood agency." Wandering back into the living room, I clapped my hands, while shouting, "BLAKE. JAKE. BEN. AL- Oh hi." I stopped, grinning at her as she scowled at me. "You know, it's impossible to sleep in, in this house." Alley growled, heading towards the stairs, "I'm getting a shower, anyone come near me and I'm not going to hesitate putting a couple rounds in your knee-caps." "Love you too!" Dan shouted at her retreating back, while shaking Ben's shoulder, "Dude. Dude, wake up. BEN. Ben. BEN! BEN WAKE UP. BEN. PANCAKES." Ben jerked upright, his eyes widening, while Danny laughed. "Come on Dude, patrol." Sighing, I blew out a breath, and nudged Blake, who had yet to move. She moaned, shoving me with a hand. "Blake. I will throw ice water on you." "I'm up." She snapped, sitting upright before shoving past me with a glare and going into the kitchen. Jacob gave me a weary look, adjusting the laptop in his lap before giving me a small look. I walked over, perching on the edge of the coffee table before pursing my lips, "I'm guessing from the really nerdy look that you had a breakthrough last night." He nodded, "Yeah, we either got lucky, or this was planted for us to steal." "What's that supposed to mean?" I asked, eyebrows raising. Jacob gulped, twirling the computer around so I could look at the screen. I saw the Russian Government's emblem and just stared at him, waiting for the big punch line to drop. When he didn't say anything, I shrugged, "Yeah, we've known for over six months that Anna has been working with them, maybe longer. Considering I'm a little fuzzy on the details." My mind flashed back to the day we had all found out about Anna's little issue and I shut my eyes, trying to forget the memory, but it just wasn't working. We'd all be in that room, the same room we'd been tied up in not minutes before. We'd gotten out of the bonds fairly easily, then we'd realized Anna was the one behind it all along… It'd been horrible. She'd sent in too many guards for us to handle in our best conditions, and then locked us each into a room of our own. For five months, we were tortured for information that Anna didn't know herself. Agent names, Operations, covert deals with other countries. Anything and everything. I shuttered, blocking out the memory and looking at Jacob with hard eyes, "Why are you so freaked out?" He grew paler before clicking something and I slowly backed away from the computer, "They're building an army, Rebecca. Made of the Russians, Germans, Koreans, Chinese… We've got World War Three on our hands, and it's highly unlikely America is going to be able to hold off just one simple attack with the plans they've got cooking." "Oh." I deadpanned, "That's nice." Turning towards the door, I shouted into the kitchen, "Guys! Get your butts in here!" The team appeared in a couple minutes as I gulped and tried to figure out what to do, "How do you guys feel about a little vacation to Anna's base? And maybe some blood-baths?" "Will there be bacon?" Dan asked, crossing his arms. I shrugged, "Depends on if the pig has explosives inside of it again, but sure, I'll get you some bacon after the fights over." "Fight?" Jay questioned, raising an eyebrow at me. I nodded, "Yup, apparently, we've got to stop a third world war! Go us!"

| I haven't been having the greatest day, and when I came on here and saw you posted, it made it a lot better. ANYWAYS, EMOTIONAL CHAPTER. I loved it though. I'm confused about what's going on in the story, and can't wait for the next chapter. | |
