The Chronicals Of Darkness: Tainted Water

Cross ran faster as the scent of Dark Dasher came closer. Unfortunately she didn't hear anything, only a mumble. "What did he say?" she asked.

Cross seemed irritated for a moment, and her fur was bristling. Her eyes were focused off into the distance, but she stubbornly and stiffly curled up, too frustrated to move much.

Eclipse felt night falling. Weird. She wanted Dasher back, not some evil snob who was dragging her everywhere. She felt herself wakening from her coma, but she pretended to be half death, remaining limp as Dark Dasher took her along for some reason. Hopefully he wouldn't notice she had awaken. (sorta xD)

Zerrin sat down at the edge of their group, circling them, ears and eyes watching for signs of Argramon or danger, or possibly even signs of DarkDasher, which was highly doubted. He sat down, back to the three females.

Eclipse hung there limp, being taken with DarkDasher. I wanted Dasher,. I wanted Dark Dasher to vanish forever, and not bother us or our pack anymore. A single glittering tear fell, glittering in the moonlight.

Cross stirred in her sleep, not really getting any good rest. Finally, she looked up and off into the distance, her amber eyes glowing for a moment.

(-bites lip- Ooops.... Sorry.... *looks at feet*)

Eclipse bared her fangs as the grip on her throat tightened, her hackles raising. Dasher....


Zerrin heard Eclipse's thoughts. He barked sharply. "They're....." He rotated hid ears, hearing Eclipse's thoughts ever so faintly. Thank god he had been gifted as a pup to read minds and heal. He muzzled Cross gentley. "I can sense them!"

(someones overexcited.)

Cross froze as the wolves began growling. She didn't know which side to join. Would it work to save Dark Dasher again with the same method...? Or should she stand by? She gave a bit of a whine, glancing at Dark Dasher a few times before her eyes narrowed. "If you don't get out of Dasher, I'll make sure you can never go back in," she snarled, her teeth continuously bared.

Cross was frightened for a moment by their claims, but then something familiar echoed through the air. Dasher's voice... the determination surged through her, as if on cue when he said not to be afraid. How do we defeat him?

"No he is not!" she roared at the "Dark Dasher." Her fur was bristling more than ever; she was super-angry. Quickly, she tore up the ground next to him to set him off balance.

Cross stiffened at his speech, the anger evaporating from her all at once. Her breathing became slightly strained and irregular. No, please! Dasher, don't leave me! The distorted ground below the Dark Dasher returned to normal, and Cross's legs began to wobble, just a bit. Calmly, she padded closer, her growl full of pain: "Fight me." Then, with a largely enraged howl, she began to run towards the caves, trying to hang on to the last of Dasher's presence. The pain in her chest tightened, though, and she slowed down a bit, the breath being forced out of her and her head lowering for a moment. As she raised it again, she began to run harder.

Eclipse felt herself dropped, landing with one leg twisted at a weird angle. I heard Neon. "I will....."
A burst of light came behind my eyelids as I shuddered, and went still. I had awaken. I lie there. I placed a paw on the ground firmly, and pulled myself up on one shoulder. I got up, eyes glinting. I was still weakened, bur I could fight, I glanced at Neon.
I faced Dark Dasher, baring my fangs into a snarl. "Leave dasher alone."

Zerrin had followed Noel. He arose by her side, bristling. With a single movement, his paws struck the ground.
Nothing happened for a moment.
Suddenly, a siesmic wave glowed a white color as if crashed into the wolves, knocking them over. The ground shook. He muzzled Noel with his nose, a shock going through her, and he gave her the temporary elemental of earthquakes. 'Use it wisely,' his eyes told her.
