Okay, enough of my ranting, here:

Vale Vanderveer is your typical chatty kathy. She absolutely loves to talk, text- anything that involves communication really, which is why she detests living in the middle of nowhere. In fact, the only time she doesn't talk is when she is deep in concentration. Along with this Vale can be incredibly curious and bossy, even rude, getting herself into trouble often. Although she may seem impassive at times Vale is usually good at cheering people up and loves seeing anyone smile. She almost never studies for tests and often finds herself finishing up her homework in homeroom or at lunch.
As far as appearance goes Vale is slender, 5'5, and incredibly athletic. She has wavy, dark brown hair and olive green eyes; which contrast against her fair skin. Vale seems to be an expert hair stylist and styles her hair nearly everyday. However, she refrains from using makeup.
Vale has been playing softball since she could walk, despite discluding beef and chicken from her diet. When she's not at school you can usually find her at the softball fields or in the forest. She is in the eighth grade and thirteen years old.

Aurora Kale is the kind of girl who loves living in the middle of nowhere, if only because it has so much potential. Why is the town so removed? Was there a terrible battle between secret societies? Was it dragons? Who knows? All could be the subject of her next story! She's an avid writer and reader, always with a book somewhere on her person, and with her notepad so she can keep writing stories of her own. When she describes things, even simple things, she does so with flowing words that make things seem infinately more exciting then they are. She also enjoys drawing, and so her school notes are generally covered in doodles. She dreams of being a writer one day, and illustrating her own books.
She can also be loud, and overexcitable, and is considered 'weird' by those she deems as less interesting people.
She was adopted as a baby. ((dun dun DUN))
Appearence-wise she's not all that unusual. She has wildly curly white-blonde hair and very light, mint-green eyes. Her skin is fair, but not extremely pale, and she's just below 5'4. She tends to wear loose, although not oversized or dumpy, shirts with jeans. She wears earrings a lot, although they're hard to see among all her curls. She also wears several braided friendship bracelets. Color is her best friend. xD
She's in the 8th grade, so she's 13.

Height: 5"7'
Grade: 8th
Description: Lars has a tendancy to change his appearance. One day, he's a hippie, the next he's steamboat willie! Also, he has very big and wide feet. He's, like, a twelve. His hair is long, especially his bangs, but he's only just joined the school, so no one knows what his true hair color is.
Personality: If you didn't notice in the description, Lars is freaky. He'll pop up behind you and make mouse-like noises. He has adhd, but can control it if he wants to. He's a bit like a rainbow; somedays, he'll do nothing but read or think, the next day he's shredding on an air guitar.

Other: This is his first year at Northside. He originally was in Toronto (For all the Canadian homeboys/girls, eh?)

Nora hurried to her locker. She was almost late, the bus driver almost crashed. Again. The driver was so stupid most of the time, because this place was out in teh middle of nowhere!
It annoyed her greatly. She spun her lock and slipped off her coat and hung up her bag. She smiled at the picture of her and Kennady before shutting her locker.

Lars, dressed in samurai-like clothes ((Whitout the sword, of course)), slid down the hall way in sandals. He stopped infront of his locker, twisting the lock, and retreived his books.

Lars' hair was in a bundle, almost making him look like a black haired palm tree. He continued to float through the halls till his class appeared; writing.

[I'm going to jump in.]

Vale was busily clattering away at her phone when the first bell rang, telling her it was time to get to class. A teacher walked by and she quickly shoved her phone into her pocket and smiled. The teacher didn't notice, they never did. She smoothed down her dark jeans and approached her homeroom.

(They all know each other, but aren't really friends yet.)

Nora slipped into her homeroom before the bell rang and slumped in her seat. She wasn't in the best mood, but she smiled slightly to herself anyway. Classes always cheered her up.
She didn't look up when others entered class. She twisted her hair while waiting for the teacher to begin talking.

Lars continued "floating" as he entered the class, the students not looking at him. Not only was Lars the new kid, but he was downright freaky.

Vale's hair was pulled back into a messy side-ponytail, and she was busily playing with it as she took her seat in homeroom. The late bell rang, and the teacher began to take attendence. She yawned- just another boring day at school.

Grade. 7th (cuz there are none :P)
Description. Normally, Amelia tends to wear dull colors, like a black or white shirt, but every Saturday or so she switches to a bright red shirt for a day or two. Her hair is long and blond, and she likes to keep it straight. Her eyes are sky blue. Her normal pants are a plain pair of jeans, but on cold days she will wear a brown or dark blue pair of sweats. Normally, she likes dull blue shoes. In general, she just likes casual clothing. But she'll wear a sparkly blue summer scarf if she's doing something important.
Amelia is light, and weighs just under one hundred pounds. She's not very strong at all, but she's fast when it comes to running, and has good stamina when it comes to jogging.
Personality. Amelia loves running around and being outside. However, she can be a bit stubborn, and doesn't like being bossed around. She can be brave some times, but is usually somewhat timid the rest of the time. She often makes rash statements and does rash things. She can also be impatient. However, she is very empathetic, and also friendly -- when she needs to be. Normally, she's serious in a casual way.

Gender. Female
Grade. 6th
Description. Kalie is average size for her age. She has pale skin with slight freckles along her nose and cheeks. Her hair is black, and stands out from her skin easily. Her eyes are a calming, but icy blue. She usually wears t-shirts and jeans, with her favorite pair of Converse. On colder days, she wears sweaters and and her favorite scarf.
Personality. Kalie is rather shy, and is quite quiet around other people. She doesn't like meeting new people, and tends to keep to herself most of the time. Around her friends though, she's loud and crazy. She is sarcastic when it's funny, and likes to make people laugh. She's helpful and nice to her friends, and would do anything for them.
Age. 12, almost 13

Vale turned as she noticed the principal stroll passed the door- Mr. Hendrix. She hated having a principal with that last name; it was just to bizzare thinking that he could be related to the famous electric guitarist Jimi Hendrix.
