BoneClan - Part 3 - Turmoil Strikes

Scratch(paw) growled stubbornly as his mother stared at him incrediously. "Absolutely NOT."
"But why? We need Autumnleaf back, I know some of the places they go, I want to help!" Scratch(paw) said. "I was kidnapped, and escaped them once, I could do it again."

Silver gave up finally. She huffed and sat down fuming. So much she could do.

SkyEyes puffed.
"Captured and Escaped is one thing, but going back...!?"
She stumbled up, and then out to find some small stones.
"Bonestar, can you get me soem of the moss out of the nursery please?
I'm going to try at warm things up.

Bonestar looked curiously at the queen, but gave a short nod. She noticed the beautiful gray sky as dawn broke, and gathered some moss from the nursery, left over that they didn't need, and carried it too her.

The grey sky was slightly darker than what shae of grey Silver's pelt was right now. Silver looked up at the sky. hopefully they would find AutumnLeaf.

Scratch(paw) stared in wonder, and felt the flames emitt heat, warming his fur. "Woah."
Branchstar nodded, getting Autumnleaf's two kits. Charcoalkit stared at the fire, sitting down quietly. "It feels warm!" He squeaked in surprise.

Charcoalkit still stared at the fire, mesmerized at the flames licked at the rocks and moss alike. "Wow." Charcoalkit said, and looked up at Skyeyes. "It's warm," He murmured again. "Thank you." He squeaked.

Bonestar smiled at the young kit, and Skyeyes.
"So will you be staying with us for a while?" She asked Skyeyes.

Bonestar nodded, smiling. "You could stay in the nursery if you want, you might enjoy the company of the kits.." She paused. "But of course, if you feel they'll be too noisy.."
Charcoalkit almost seemed offended at the idea. "Of course we won't!"

Scarves wrote:

Panther padded out of the back of the nursery undetected.
"You will be returned after we obtain some information."

Cougar swiftly followed his broher out the back,
and they marched to the rouge camp.

SkyEyes cocked her head.
"I can smell some rouges- but, it's fading...."
Her words fell in the midnight air.

"S-sure..." I gulped, I would stay loyal to my clan, but I needed to see my kit.

Sunkit opened her eyes for a second seeing her mother leave.

Cougar swiftly followed his broher out the back,
and they marched to the rouge camp.

Sunkit was still upset about her mom being gone. Tears fell to the ground, she was to sad to speak. She felt as if she had a lump in her throat.

Even though I had moss, and a teeny bit of food, I was in tears, I misssed my kits so dearly.

Silver came back but her eyes were cloudd and she brushed past the kits and the others. Her eyes where low and she looked... depressed. Odd.

Charcoalkit nodded, smiling. He was trying to be brave, but he couldn't help the lump in his throat from rising, for his eyes to start watering. He blinked it away rapidly, or tried to.

Silver looked around and saw one of kits crying. She noticed him trying to blink the tears away. She felt a pang of shphany for him. She sat silently beside BoneStar, not meeting the leader's eyes. She stared at the fire, watching it silently.

"I miss Mama!" I whispered to Charcoalkit. I tried to clear up the tears, so I wouldn't look all sobby. I was starting to get really hungry, I wished Daddy was around, and Mama of course.

"So do I," Charcooalkit whispered. "But we have to be strong, she'll be back, I promise."

Skyeyes laid down behind the two kits.
"He is right. You have to be strong like you father is.
I'm sure she will be back soon."
The cream queen gave the kits a comforting nuzzle.

Panther was outside by the kill pile, waiting for Autumnleaf to get up.

Cougar was still sleeping in his den.

Charcoalkit sighed, nodding. He laid close my his sister.

I listened to SkyEyes, but what if she was wrong? Those rogues could kill her if they wanted to! But Charcoalkit as right, I needed to be strong. With or without Mommy.
