Well, you did'nt miss much. But Pantherclaw has found one ShadowClan member, and two more found ThunderClan, I geuss xD So know we have four...

And Lock is going to be an apprentice soon! =D)

Branchstripe shrugged. "You guys can pick." He said to Adderfang and Snakefoot.

[If Vix is quitting then we need a new mentor for Bluepaw]

Rosefrost nodded in agreement with Branchstripe, but her mind seemed to be somewhere else.

Branchstripe scented a mouse, and grinned. He pounced at what he thought was a mouse, but it was just a leaf. "Oh." He said, and looked a little dumb with the leaf in paws.

Branchstripe rolled his eyes, blushing. "I ment to do that." He protested./

Adderfang dropped into the hunter's crouch and signaled with his tail for the others to be silent. Pawstep by pawstep, he crept up on his prey. At the pounce, he had the kestrel between his claws. Killing it, he turned to the others.

(DID SOMEONE SAY NEW MENTOR!?! WHO?? XDXD

Leopardstrike is open! He soo wants to be a mentor.)

Snakefoot nodded. "Nice catch, Adderfang. Can I try?"

She scented the air. Mouse. That was hard for her. But she ducked anyway.

But then there was something else on the breeze. Rabbit! Woo-hoo!

Veering 120 degrees around, she headed towards the source of the scent. She could see two slim ear-tips. Perfect. Just becasue she liked the chase, she stomped on the ground, sending the rabbit off. Enthusiastically, she gave chase, running in a straight line as it zig-zagged. At one point, when it jumped to the right, it found itself right between her fangs. As Snakefoot chomped down, its neck gave a sharp crack and it was dead.

Awesomee! Yah, I can tell I barely missed anything *roll* LOL)

Branchstripe flicked the leaf off his claw, and scented the air once again.

Adderfang nodded with a muffled grunt. He buried his prey and followed Snakefoot silently.

(Alrightythen. Bluepaw's new mentor is....

Leopardstrike!!)

Fallenstar shared tongues with Robinfur for a few more moments before stopping to yawn. Her pale green gaze was drawn to the sun, which was setting now, sending a violet and blood sky across the forest and city. The ash tabby sighed, and pulled herself to her paws.

Robinfur looked up. "Time to make the announcement?" he asked the she-cat, and when she nodded in response, he forced himself to his paws as well. A low, tired moan leaked out as he shook his fur.

Minnowpool swiped her tongue over her chest fur rapidly, trying to clean herself up as best she could for the gathering.

((How about Snakefoot gets hurt and has to go back to camp so she hears the announcement?))

JuniperLeaf came out of nowhere behind FallenStar, his gaze not as hard as usual. "Time to make Lock an apprentice?"

(Good plan for Snake, I suppose =])

Fallenstar nodded, turning to her deputy. "He'll be very excited, I'm sure. I can tell Eaglefeather is too." she commented, and leapt onto the high ledge. "Cats of ThunderClan, and ShadowClan, please unite here under the high ledge for a Clan meeting." she bellowed, piecing together a new announcement for the situation. The ash tabby sat balanced on the edge of the broken bench, waiting for the cats to arrive.

Robinfur took a few paces to his spot, glancing at the entrance to see if the patrol was returning yet.

Minnowpool layed in the back of the group, still grooming her paws. The pregnant she-cat looked around after a moment, contently watching the ShadowClan cats group to the side.

As a sharp cry emanated from the sky, Snakefoot looked up. "Oh, no!" She cried, out loud. It was a huge eagle, white and dappled with brown. She knew this; it was dangerous. "We need to head back." She tried to crouch and flee, but the hawk eagle continued to glide overhead. But it was coming lower. She looked back at the others, calling, "Come on!" When she looked ahead, she saw she was almost to camp.

Before Snakefoot knew it, talons sank into her back. As she writhed, she could barely turn over enough to slash one of the eagle's talons, thanks to her leg deformation. As it released her with that claw, she only had to nip its other leg to cause it to let go. Quickly, Snakefoot. limped into the camp. The scratches would need treatment. She turned her head to the others and called, "Continue the patrol, I'll get treatment."

But not until the meeting was over. As soon as she heard her leader's call, she sat down near the Highledge.

JuniperLeaf's soft gaze became a hard glare as other cats gathered, and he lept to his spot below the ledge.

Misty stepped in camp and sat far away from the ledge.

EclipsePaw and FrostKit quickly bounded to get a seat as close as they could, both grinning. This was the first apprentice-ship FrostKit had ever been to.

Fallenstar smiled as some of the rest of the Clan entered camp. When most were present she paused to think of what to say. "Cats of ThunderClan and ShadowClan, I have brought you here now because I think Lock is ready to be a part of ThunderClan." she yowled, and her gaze trailed to Eaglefeather. "Eaglefeather, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You will mentor Lock." the ashy tabby she-cat meowed, waving her tail around. "Eaglefeather, you have shown yourself to be a loyal and intelligent warrior. I ask that you pass down all you know to this apprentice." she flicked her ear, a signal for Lock and Eaglefeather to step up to the ledge.

Robinfur sat tall and proud, happy that Lock was finally an apprentice. As his curiousity grew to find out what the younge tom's name would be, he was suddenly distracted by the smell of blood. His eyes darted through the Clan untill they found Snakefoot. The shaggy medicine cat quickly made his way through the thick clusters of warriors and apprentices to Snakefoot's side. Instead of speaking and interuppting the ceremonie, he only started licking the deep gashes on her shoulders, cleaning them up untill after the announcement.
