Pond Dust Magic Wolves~ Part Seven~ Days and Knights

Bangle grinned. This was going to be fun! She swept her tail over the ground excitedly, eyes bright. She stopped when she thought of Violet, the third elder. Who was Frostwhisker...? "Um..." she began sheepishly. "Who was Frostwhisker? And how did he..." she trailed off, hunching her shoulders awkwardly and grimaced. These wolves looked sad when they were mentioned, and that one by Recluse seemed even more sensitive...

(she just came ;) But still fits right in!)

Recluse: I shuddered when she asked. "Over my many, many years, I have had scars. and so has the Pack. But in all our hearts was the wolf named Frostwhisker...he was engaged to be Violet's Alpha...but she hadn't seen him in a while. And she mated with Dialga...later a vampire named Twilight killed him..."

Kia: "Say no more! Don't speak of it! Talking about passed deaths brings more, you fool of a sister! You want him to come along and kill us all!?" I growled.

Recluse: "Fool!? And no! He won't! Bangle, don't say this name...Orochi...saying it without purpose is just.." I shuddered, not finishing.

Kia: "Come look..." I pointed at the sky. The six of is looked at the sky. "Frostwhisker..." i looked at a wolf shaped figure. "Anyone who can talk to Starpack?"

Recluse: "Me!" I began. "Great Frostwhisker, did you really get killed? Or did you kill yourself...on purpose? I know the real truth..." A circle of wind, ice, fire, water, vines, rock, lightning, and other elements took me from the earth. "How could a vampire kill if they were already dead?"

A shiver ran through Bangle's fur as she heard Recluse's words, and she trembled when she saw something take shape in the sky...

((If so...))

Frostwhisker let his voice boom from the sky. "Even if Violet mated with Dialga, I always loved her, so, so much. The vampire...I don't know, but...I died, fighting him to my last breath, the one that bit my Violet, the one it was set in the stars to be my mate...Frostwhisker's voice drifted away on the wind.

(Yes you do!)

Recluse: "We all love you!" I stepped forward, sympathy in my eyes. "Violet loves you too...she needed an alpha though...Her pup's just like 'er!" I winked.

Spark had never seen Recluse talk to StarPack before. But then again, what can't she do? he thought, shaking his head and sighing with a chuckle.

Icepelt stared in awe at Recluse as she spoke to Frostwhisker. "He died fighting the vampire wolves that attacked moons ago." he explained in a hushed voice to Bangle. All the fun, relaxed nature of Icepelt drained from him as he stared on, watching this eerie moment.

Recluse: I pulled away, away from the elemental grip of the portal I created. It was strong, forcing me to stay and talk. "Enough chitchat!" My blue eyes narrowed. "We have some planning to do!"

Kia: "What do you mean?"

Recluse: I shot her a look.


Kia: "Oh yeah!" I forgot to talk about top-secret thins in thought speak. Plans?

Recluse: Yeah duh! To beat the portal! After all, who's the best at making potions?

Kia: you...

Spark intercepted their gaze, looking back and forth between the wolves. "So, anyone care to tell Spark what's going on?" he said. He often was frustrated when there were conversations that he couldn't understand between the sisters.

"Or Icepelt?" Icepelt chimed in.

No one could see it, but hurt and pride shone in Frostwhisker's dark blue eyes as he thought of his beloved Violet with her pup and Dialga...
((I just remembered what I played Frostwhisker in: bold indigo!))

Bangle tipped her head to one side, and as her curiosity grew of this strange wolf, her orange fur grew brighter and brighter. Suddenly, flames smoldered at her paws. Surprised at her powers, Bangle let out a yelp and jumped back, only to shoot a spiral of fire from her mouth.

(Dialga: FOUR PUPS HOTSHOT!)

Ventus gigled as she tackled her father. "Daddy? I'm hungry."

Dialga smiled and nuzzled his smal daughter. She looked so much like Danalli now.

Valkrie jumped up on his father's back. "Me too daddy!"

Dialga chuckled. "Alright. Let's go find your mother."

OOC: What do cursed zones do?

Tiredly, Roseclaw sat at the bay, but faced backwards, towards the mountains, thinking. She had been traveling with Lawkyn for such a long time...

"Drawn to the mountains again?" Her mate asked, padding up to her.

Silently, the silver wolf nodded, blinking her amber eyes.

"We could go there, and perhaps make a den there, if you like..."

Roseclaw nodded again. "I've seen the south side, though. I want to see the north side, where everything is different." And with that, she began padding towards the piles of rock.

Lawkyn sat there for a moment peacefully before bounding after her. For almost no reason, excitement was building up in him.

((Frostwhisker: *huffs* 'Pup's' implies one pup. 'Pup is' just like 'er. Now if it were plural, it would be, "Her pups are just like 'er!"))

Bangle blinked, as if out of her trance, and padded a few foxlengths away from them, sitting down again and wrapping her bushy tail around her paws. This pack is wreathed in mysteries, but they're not the only ones... She saw two female pups tackling a male wolf she realized was their father, and bounded over. "Hi!" she greeted. "My name's Bangle, and...and I'm new to this pack!" a flicker of fire danced at her lips as she spoke, the excitement buzzing in her head as the oppressing mood of Frostwhisker's words lifted. Whenever Bangle felt an emotion strongly, fire came out.

(Dialga: *Huff* Boy and girl.)

Dialga set Ventus down, and dipped his head to her. "I'm Dialga, our Alpha's father."

Ventus giggled, and ran off after a lizard.

((*huffs* XD))

Bangle dipped her head. "Pleased to meet you!" Fire leapt from her paws, and she jumped back again, startled. "Sorry," Embarrassed at her surprise, Bangle bent her head to pick a tuft of loose fur from her chest.

Lillian Rose: "Daddy, who's she?" I asked, in my cutest voice.

Cracken: "Yeah, what Rosey said!"

Lillian Rose: "Call me Lillian!" I growled at my brother.

Violet: I flew to my pups, green and black fur shimmering. "Dialga, I was just thinking tha-" I hesitated. "-hello...I aw you with Recluse, Kia, Spark, Icepelt and Shayde." I nodded. "Very well..." My tongue rolled. "*eh hem* As I was saying Dialga, Recluse asked a favor, it was to build a Zen-Garden where she can train."

Bangle froze. Violet! "Look--Violet--they told me your name...I saw you mourning, I didn't mean to intrude, I was just..." Lost for words, Bangle took a step backwards, then bent to sniff the pups. "My name is Bangle," she told them softly, then straightened, flustered. "They're, uh, beautiful pups..." she began earnestly.

Bangle cast another apologetic glance at Violet, and backed away slowly. "Well...I guess I'll go back to Icepelt and them now."

Violet: "Cool it Bangle!" I rolled my eyes and chuckled.

Lillian Rose: My icy tail waged and my icicle armor shimmered. "Ban...gle..." I pronounced the syllables.

Bangle relaxed. At least Violet didn't seem too upset she had interrupted.

Violet: "Bangle, if you want, you can be in the pack. Want me to show ya around?"

"...Sure!" Bangle returned eagerly. At least Violet was easy-going. "I hope you don't mind, but I have been slinking around the territory for a couple of days..."
