The Chronicals Of Darkness: The Virus

"You Wolves Realy Think You Can Beat Me, Huh?" The feral said in a deep dark voice.

Neon growled and clawed the feral in the nose, making his nose bleed.

"Why You!- I'll end you for good!" The feral snarled.

Neon snarled. "I will Kill you-"

The feral bit into the wolf's neck and threw her into the air.

Dasher's eyes widened in terror as he realized the feral was going to dig his fang's into neon, killing her. "No!" Dasher snarled, jumping and pushing neon out of the way.

The feral snarled but bit into the other wolf, but it was not enough to kill him.

Dasher felt pain in his leg, but he would be okay.

"Stupid Wolves-" The feral stopped and looked up at the sky. It was getting dark. The feral snarled, glared at the wolves, and ran back into the forest.

"What happened?" Ember asked, staring at where the feral had dissapered.

"There are bigger things out here than the feral." Dasher whispered. "We should find shelter, and quick" Dasher said.

Viloet saw the feral run past her and then headed back to camp.On the way back she wanted to releize why she had attacked the feralbut couldent think of it.Before she knew it she was walking up to the other wolves.

(( Time Lapse, Ten Minutes))

Bliss woke up. she didn't see saber anywhere, but she followed tne scent back to dasher and the others. "Don't worry. By the smell of you, and by the bruises on you, i know what happened." Bliss said.

Ember looked at bliss.

"Neon, you and me will go hunting, along with blue" dasher said.

Neon nodded.

"Hey, i'm fine as long as she's away from me" Ember growled.

Neon glared at ember.

Bliss sat down beside ember. "Why don't you like her?" she whispered.

"Because i don't" Ember snapped. Then ember calmed down.

Viloet walked over to the pack."What do I do?"

"I don't know. sit with us...?"Bliss said.

Ember rolled her eyes. "Why must you be so friendly?" she asked.

Bliss shrugged.

((Time Lapse, Eleven Minutes))

"Okay. Were going to hunt ChickenLadies" Dasher said.

"What kind of place are we even IN?" neon asked. "Oh wait, ember led us here" Neon smirked and rolled her eyes.

"This is where ember used to live. Be grateful. There is plenty of prey here" Dasher growled.

Dasher crouched down until he saw a chicken the size of a cow, with horns. "That is a chickenlady." Dasher said.
"Blue, you and I will sneak up on it. Neon, you will bite and kill the chicken lady while blue and i hold it down" Dasher said.

Blue followed behind Dasher, getting ready to pounce.

Cross stood frozen with fear. She could beat a bear, but not this thing! Furious, she howled, not knowing what to do.

The blue wolf watched Dasher as he left to go hunting with two other wolves. She put her head on her paws, telling herself in her mind that he could spend time with pack members other than her. Quietly, she glanced around, making sure to stay alert so nothing sneaked up on them.

((Lol, i don't know....))

.Dasher jumped on the chickenlady, sinking his teeth into it's legs, pinning it down.

Neon snarled and jumped at the chickenlady, biting into it's neck. "I win" Neon said, licking the blood of her muzzle.

((Ten minutes later, they dragged it back))

Ember bit into the fresh meat, gulping a peice down.

Neon tore a peice off, eating it.

Bliss bit into the wing, chewing it.

"This is Delicious, Neon!" Bliss said.

"It's not too bad" Ember said, looking at the chickenlady.


"Thanks, retard" Neon said, smiling.

Dasher looked at cross. "We haven't got to spend much time together latley" he said.

((Twenty minutes later))

Ember fell asleep by bliss, who was by neon by the entrance of the den.

Dasher slept deep in the cave.

Viloet was having a night that told her why she attacked the feral."NOOO!!!!"she awoke screaming in fear.

Bliss cringed and jumped up, snarling. "Shut Up!!!!!!!!!!!'" She cried, running out of the den.

Cross shook her head sadly, but ate her meal with no misery, although she did finish it in silence. She yawned, looking up at the darkening sky. As everyone headed to bed, she sat near the entrance to Dasher's den. After he fell asleep, she shivered, and curled up next to him.

Dasher jumped up with his fur raised. "What Happened!?!??!" he asked, startled.

Neon sat up and growled. "I'm sleepy" She growled lieing back down.

Ember looked up and growled.

Cross scooted back, awakened by Dasher's outburst. After a moment of hesitation, she answered, "Nothing happened, Dasher. Was it a nightmare or something?" She cocked her head to the left, wondering why the brown wolf was suddenly acting so weird.

"Violet woke us up with her screaming" neon muttered before dasher could say anything.

Dasher flattened his fur. "What was so importent that you had to make us all wake up for, violet?" he asked.

"I...I have to go..."Viloet stammered and ran out of the den to sit outside.

Dasher growled and sat up. He was fully awake now. "Well, everyone, since were all awake, we should set out again." he said.

Neon growled but got up. "Where do we head next?" she asked.

"The mountains" Ember said, still lying down.

Viloet stood alone by the den((oo00000000oooo flashy backyXD))"Mama can we now?"the pup asked curiously.

"What?" Cross asked. "Why are we leaving?" Bewildered, her tail drooped, and she looked towards Dasher. He was the alpha; he was the one in control, so he could tell her where everyone was going. Then the blue wolf stopped panicking and continued, "Does it have to do with --" she paused for a moment, shivering -- "Blood Pack at all?"

Dasher pricked his ears. "Yes, cross." He whispered. "When ember and I were by the lake shore, she told me about the secrets of bloodpack, and the stone." Dasher said.

"What stone?" Bliss asked.

"It's like a crystal, and it's in a cave, like where you get your elements at" ember said.

"Right. And, blood pack-"

"Wait, how do you know so much about blood pack?" neon growled.

"Because i used to be in blood pack!" ember growled.

"She could be a spy!" neon snarled.

"Silence!" Dasher snarled.

Both Neon and Ember were uneffected by dasher's words.

Dasher growled. "The crystal cave is where we must go, and it will end the virus." dasher said.

"What does that have to do with us having to go so quickly?" neon growled.

"Because. When the virus ends, blood pack will no longer have the virus, showing there true form." dasher explained.

"What-"

" Blood pack's ancestors were demons, and if they lose the virus they will turn into demons. To stop that they have to track us down and kill us" ember snarled.

"Wait....How did they know we were heading there?" bliss asked.

"Because.....I'm afraid there's a blood pack spy" dasher said.

Neon glared at ember.

Cross's ears flattened. So many assumptions were going on, but what if Ember really was a spy from Blood Pack? When it came to their enemies, she couldn't be too careful. Cautiously, she looked out into the distance. "You know where this cave is, right?"

"I don't" Dasher said, looking at ember.

"It's A secret. But Some Of my friends know. That's where were going next" Ember said.

"Did THEY used to be in blood pack?" Neon challenged.

"One Of Them. But The other, Spark, Has never been In Blood Pack" Ember answered, glaring at neon.

"Well are we just going to keep talking or are we going to go now?" Neon growled.

"We'll leave now" Dasher said, padding out of the cave into the darkness.

Cross hesitated for a moment, but after only a heartbeat she padded after Dasher into the darkness. He had always been kind of hasty... but she had to trust him not to get them into trouble. No! She shook her head. Dasher knew what he was doing, and she would have to take his word for it.

Ember glared at neon again and ran after cross and dasher.

"I hate her" Neon growled and ran after ember.

Bliss followed neon.

"So where to now?" Dasher asked, stopping when they got to the trees.

Ember sniffed the air. "That way" She said, flicking her ears to the right.

((Time Lapse, An Hour))

"I thought you said they'd be here!" Blood snarled, clawing the ground By the den clawsr pack was just in.

"I didn't say that. Remember? Another blood pack member told me!" Vince said, ears flattened.

"It won't help to argue- they're just getting more ahead of us!" Jewel said.

Surb rolled his eyes.

Aces, who had snuck out of camp, followed behind them, hidden.


"There" Ember said, lifting her tail as she saw two big caverns next to a beautiful meadow. "That's where storm and spark live" Ember said.

Dasher looked at the caverns. "Should we go in?" He asked.

"No" Storm growled, coming out of the cavern. "Why are you tresspassing?" He snarled.

"Storm, it's me, ember" Ember said.

Storm looked at the she-wolf. "Oh. Haven't seen you in a while" He said, looking at his paws. "But you still don't belong here. Why are you here?" He growled.

Ember told him about the plan.

"Why should we help you?" Storm said after ember finished.

"You don't. But then, we'll all probably get the virus, including you" Ember challenged.

Storm growled. "Fine. Come in" Storm said.

Hello, Kyoko Neon heard the voice say. She then looked up, and storm was staring at her.

Bliss followed ember into the cave, leaving dasher, cross and neon alone with storm.

Cross followed Dasher silently, sticking within a tail-length by his side. She stopped as soon as he did, gazing into the caverns. Then someone spoke, and the blue wolf's ears pricked. She turned her nose towards the newer wolf immediately, noticing a quick reunion with Ember. As a couple other wolves left, she looked around and noticed that she, Dasher, Neon, and the new wolf were alone.

"Who are you?" she asked.
((Talking to Storm))

"My Name's Storm. I'm a blood pack member....that is, until i was driven out" Storm answered calmly.

Neon glared at storm. "Another spy..." She muttered.

"What was that?" Storm said, turning his head to neon.

"Nothing" she huffed.

"I thought so" Storm growled.

Dasher growled at storm.

" Why are you helping us? What does it benifit you? Wouldn't you want the virus, once being in blood pack?" Neon snarled.

"Now, now" Dasher started.

"Stay out of this, wolf" Storm snarled.

Dasher snarled and digged his claws into the ground. "Cross, you should go inside now" Dasher said, glaring at storm.

"Hey, don't make the pretty she-wolf leave-"

"Shut up!" Dasher snarled, lunging at the male.

Bliss pricked her ears.
