The Chronicals Of Darkness: The Virus

Cross laughed when she discovered an opening, leaping at the weird male. She quickly latched her claws into his shoulder and bit on the scruff of his neck, jumping off after just a moment. Then she feinted to the side and tried to charge in to grapple with him and pin him down.

Surb snarled at the blue wolf, but in the end he was pinned down. his scars on his face drew blood, and then he looked over to neon.

Neon snarled at growled and surb, but then she smelt the blood. she put her head down for a moment, and then when she looked at surb her eyes were glowing red. "Cross, you take care of him. I need to get away.." neon yelled, running away from the scene.

Eclipse bristled. "WRONG!!!!" she snarled into his face as she clawd him back, slamming into him, hurling him and herself sideways toward the river.

"You.....Can't....Kill....ME!" aces snarled, dazed. He growled and clawed eclipse's face, and then kicked her of of him.


"Dasher, I lied." ember whispered. "What? What do you mean?" dasher said, listning to the rain. "I mean, I lied. I did see aces again. And i was a member of bloodpack. Have you heard of bloodpack?" she asked. "Y-yes. In fact, we battled them before" dasher said. Ember looked down and smiled. "So you know of blood right, our father?" she asked. "Yes" he whispered. "Minus was my mate....." she whispered. "Wait, if you were a member of blood pack-" dasher said as he looked up in horror. Ember smiled. "You figured it out, didn't you?" she asked, baring her teeth. "I have the virus, oh yes." she smiled at dasher. "And, i want to kill you." thunder strook the ground outside the den.

((dun, dun DUN!))

Neon looked down at aces. when she had ran from cross, she had watched what happened. "Aces...so your the one who killed noel.." neon muttered to herself. "Well then, i guess you'll have to pay..." neon whispered, feeling rain pound at her body. She could see the water fall. It was filled with more water than it usually was. Neon then turned her attention to aces, and padded up to him. "Aces, you killed noel, did you not?" she asked.

"Well, yes..." He growled.

"Then you'll pay. It might not be this very moment sure, but just remember this...." Neon got closer to aces, and then leaned down by his head. "If i have to, i will kill you myself. but aces, I will regret it, because...i like you" she whispered in his ear.

Aces stared at neon for a moment.

"What are you doing? BITE HER NECK!" blood snarled, looking at them.

Aces ignored blood. "Don't do this. The blood lust. Your one of us! you could join us, and be my mate!"

"ACES!" snarled blood.

"Please!" aces eyes were pleading.

"FINE, IF YOU WON'T KILL HER THEN I WILL!" blood snarled, hurling down the hill to neon, growling.

Neon didn't move. she heard aces, and she heard blood, but she didn't care.

"Neon, move. now" aces whispered.

Neon was still.

Aces looked at her, and then looked down.

Blood, finnaly reaching neon, snarled and clawed her. lunging for her neck.

Aces growled and jumped on blood, clawing him.

Surb looked up.

Emb looked up.

Jewel looked up.

Aces had broked the most importent rules of all- never attack the alpha, and never fall in love with a regular wolf.

Neon was stilll looking at aces, wondering why he had done that.

(Drama Button!)

Cross looked up at the same time everyone else did. "What is it?" she said ignorantly, and immediately thought better of it. She had no idea what was going on, but maybe... "Do you guys have something to do with Dasher's disappearance?" Her eyes narrowed after she stepped off of Surb.

Surb was still staring at aces, as all the other blood pack wolves were. "Dasher....Never heard of him. But who knows. Our pack does alot of stuff. We might have something to do with dasher...." surb said.

(( Surb is lying. His pack are hunting dasher, but they arn't the reason he left. :3 ))

"What!/?!" dasher cried.

"Yes, i want to kill you dasher." she said, foaming at the mouth.

Dasher snarled and clawed ember in the face.

Ember snarled, but suddenly her mouth stopped foaming. "Dasher, what happend?" she asked, innocecently.

"I don't know" he said. He had not meant to claw ember, but something made him. "But, at the time, my paw felt frozen cold" he whispered.


Noel looked at dasher. she had used dasher's paw to claw ember, but for some reason, ember didn't have the virus anymore.

((HAVE WE FOUND A CURE FOR THE VIRUS?!??!?!?))

GASP! Dasher's paw is the cure!)

Cross's eyes narrowed. "You know something," she growled persistently, stepping a couple inches closer. Her tail was swishing from side to side impatiently.

"Maybe i do, maybe i don't. What's it to you?" he asked, looking back at cross.

((Oh, this reminds me of a moment in Naruto. XD ))

"Give him back," Cross growled as her only response. Her ears twitched with frustration, and she didn't back down. "You're acting like you know something." Quickly, she turned her head to her right, showing the left side to the other wolf.

Surb flicked his dark brown ears a little. "If you realy want to know" surb said, getting closer to cross. "Then, I will tell you this..." surb looked at cross, and licked his lips. " Dasher is in danger" surb said, showing one of his fangs.

Jewel stared at blood and aces. she could not believe it. Aces....he loved another female. Jewel snarled deeply and looked at neon, growling.

"You dare attack me?" Blood snarled.

Aces looked up at blood, ears flattened and tail between his legs. "No- No i uh"

"SILENCE!" Blood snarled. "You will pay for this, wolf!" blood growled.

A sharp growl escaped Cross's throat. "This is your fault," she snarled accusingly, suddenly leaping at him with her claws aimed at his shoulders. "It's your pack's fault this is happening."

Surb snarled loudly. "It's not our fault, it's your fault you set foot on our territory!" surb growled, clawing cross in the face.

"This territory is ours" Said a familar voice. His eyes were striking blue, and he flicked his brown ears.

"Dasher!" Bliss said, suprised.

"Get out of our territory, before I myself kill your alpha" Dasher snarled to surb.

Surb snarled, but then was suprised to see who was behind dasher. "Ember!" Surb said, looking at the she-wolf.

Aces looked away from blood, and saw ember.

Ember glanced at aces, and then growled. "I am here to fight, not reunite with you weaklings" Ember snarled.

"Ember...." surb whispered.

(Surb loves ember. :3 ))

Blood growled angrily. "Aces, you will pay, with your life" he growled.

Aces snarled at blood, and challenged him to come forward.

"Blood, aces is your son. Would you realy kill him? Can you not punish him in a different way?" Jewel asked.

"Shut up, female" Blood growled.

"What would Aurora say?" Jewel snarled, staring at blood in the eyes.

Blood ended his snarl, and looked down. "Aces, you will not die...Today. But you will be punished some how." Blood growled.

"Get out of our territory" Dasher snarled again, this time baring his teeth at blood.

"Aces, lead our pack out of here." Blood snarled, still staring at dasher.

Aces nodded. "Pack, Retreat!" Aces howled.

Jewel padded out of the camp.

Vince ran after her.

Surb looked at ember for a heart beat, then followed after vince.

Ember watched him go.

Dasher looked at blood, who had not yet left. "Dasher.....you can't kill me." Blood said strongly.

Bliss growled deeply.

"I can kill you" Dasher snarled.

"No, you can't. And the reason is, because,...." Blood said.

"Why?" Dasher snarled.

"Because, neon is my daughter." Blood smirked and his red eyes sparkled. "Aces isn't my son. I just pretend like he is." Blood smiled and ran out of the camp.

Neon stared after him. Then she looked at her paws.

Dasher was suprised. He couldn't kill him. That would mean hurting neon.

"That's why you have the blood lust..." Bliss whispered.

Neon looked up at her. "Shut up, bliss. I'm sick of you looking out for me. I'm not your daughter. I can take care of myself." Neon snarled.

Bliss looked down at neon, and took a step back. "Neon.."

"Leave me alone" Neon growled.

"Neon..." Shadow whispered.

Cross snarled as claws raked across her muzzle, and she jumped back immediately. The blue wolf shook droplets of star-red blood off of her face, opening her eyes slowly. She could still see... hopefully. Infuriated, she glared into Surb's eyes, only to hear a familiar voice.

"D-Dasher," she stammered. "Where were you?" she asked. Now wasn't exactly the time for a reunion, although she couldn't deny that an urge to leap on top of him was crawling up her legs.

Dasher was staring at neon as shadow talked to her, and then he turned to cross. "I was far away." dasher said.

"Who is she?" ember asked, flicking his ears to the female. "Is she part of your pack?" ember asked, snarling and glaring at the female, about to lunge at her.

"Don't touch her!" Dasher growled at ember, putting his paw in front of her path.

"I wasn't going to!" Ember snarled.

"Shut Up! Shut up, shut up shut up!" Snarled neon. Neon growled and clawed ember. "I hate females like you." Neon growled.

Ember snarled and clawed neon.

Dasher growled and bit ember on the scruff, picking her up like a pup.

"Let go of me!" ember snarled. "I'm not a pup!" she howled.

"Then stop acting like one" Dasher growled, setting ember down on the floor.

Ember glared at him, but was silent. "Who wants a moody wolf like her in the pack anyways?" she muttered, looking at neon.

Neon glared down at ember.

"Cross, I think i've found a cure for the virus. But to make sure this is true, i need to travel to a far away place. I would like you, neon, ember, eclipse, bliss, midnight saber and shadow to come with me. The rest of them will stay here to guard the camp" dasher said.

((lol that's pretty much everyone))

Rei nodded her approval. "That sounds cool. What do you think, onidori?" she asked.

Cross quickly nodded. "Of course. Whatever we can do to get rid of the virus, we should." She pressed her nose against Dasher's shoulder for a moment, then retracted back so that she was standing as close to him as the others were. Even though she blended in apparently, affection still echoed in her amber eyes.

Dasher looked down at cross. He was blushing a little. His eyes suddenly turned to warmth, and he felt comfortable by cross.

"Let's go now" Ember snarled, disgusted by the two.

"For once i agree with the stupid wolf" Neon growled, looking at cross and dasher.

Viloet was hiding in a bushwhen she heard some voices behind her.

Dasher growled at the two.

Bliss pricked her ears as she heard a little movement in the bushes. In the end, her super abilities did good for her.

Dasher looked at bliss. "What's-"

"Hush" Bliss said, still staring at the bush. Bliss hunched down and padded to the bush. "Who's there?" she asked.
