shadow heard the howl. it's so dark in here shadow thought. he saw the glowing eyes of midnight. [i]i'm getting out of here....[i] shadow mind-spoke to midnight.

Midnight sensed that shadow was scared of the dark. He smiled at him even though he knew shadow couldn't see him- shadow felt like a friend. midnight heaved in air and fluttered out fire, making the air before him glow. i want to go with you....tell me, what are your powers? midnight mind-spoke to shadow.

i can dissapere and reapere places. he mind-spoke. A plan suddenly popped in shadows's head. that's it. the cave guard is right outside. i'll appere right behind her, and you run. she'll be distracted by you, and while that happens, i'll bite her, and as she turns around, i'll be gone. shadow smiled a clever smile.

great idea, sherlock. but what happens when she realizes we're gone? midnight growled with mind-speak. here's my plan. we RUN. and i don't mean sprint either. i mean it's like our lives are in peril. he mind-spoke.

but they are...? well anyways...bye! shadow sprinted out the den and shot past cross.

little brat. midnight thought as he sprinted behind shadow.

Viloet wondered where the wolf had gone off to.She decided to follow him.When she next saw him she gasped with horror.

Eclipse jumped onto Shadow, snarling. "NO YOU DON'T!" She pinned. him. If he bit her, well heck, she knew many things and she could heal herself. "DON'T EVEN TRY." And Shadow was pinned. He couldn't escape.

Midnight watched shadow get pinned. "Get off of him!" he snarled, breathing fire onto her.

while midnight was breathing fire, shadow bit her legs and growled. "You hold her off, i need to help!" he shouted at midnight, racing towards the waterfall.

Eclipse glared at the laughing Dasher as dark strong vines wrapped around Shadow. He couldn't even disappear. I released. And suddenly I smellt blood my eyes turned this weird all-white color. I suddenly looked hungry. I crept forward. I was beside Dasher when I snapped out of it. My eyes turned dark blue again. I flinched. HAD I JUST TRIED TO SINK MY FANGS INTO-- SOME INFECTED WOLF??????????

midnight nodded and snarled again at eclipse

Viloet looked in horror at the black wolf tearing the gray wolf the bits."wh-whats going on?"she spluttered

Eclipse's eyes turned all white again as swiftly she suddenly hit Midnight, snarling. My fangs sank into his shoulder deeply. I wouldn't release. I was crazed. Always got crazed around fresh blood-- or even fights. My teeth sank in even deeper, my fangs gritting against the bone. He could only get my off if he said something. Something to stop my craze. My fangs sank yet deeper.

midnight's vision went blurry. he felt pain, but then it turned numb. "peace" he said. "peace." he whispered as he closed his eyes.

shadow reared around as he watched midnight close his eyes. he also realized that he too was not so much sane, and he didn't wanna die. 'no...." shadow growled and lunged at eclipse.

Viloet quickly jumped out of the way and sprinted back into the forrest.She ran to a hill,but wished she haddn't.This was the hill where her parents dird.

Viloet looked around and saw the 2 lumps of dirt where her parents were burried and started to cry.She was all alone.

Someone shouted at Eclipse. She was too crazied. And a whisper ran throgh her head. 'Zanzibar...... Release...' Eclipse slowly released. She opened her eyes and she was lying on her side, about ten feet from Shadow. She gasped, sucking in breathe. She blinked. She knew she had lost it. She had ust shown the world she had a crazed side. She sat up, growling under her breathe.
