Lauren was surprised and steped back, or stumbled.

Mitchell stared at her for a moment. "It's not a mistake," He whispered.

Lauren looked up. "It's....not?" She whispered.

"No, no its not." Mitchell whispered back, eyes locked. He paused. "Why do you think it is?"

Lauren shrugged. "I liked Jay before, and, and it's just..." She trailed off.

Mitchell tried to hide the hurt, but it showed through slightly in his eyes. He hid his anger well, though. He sighed.

Lauren glanced at her ring.

Mitchell looked at the ring, and then up at Lauren.

Lauren looked up at him. "I..."

((Completely tense moment. xDD))

Mitchell waited for her to finish what she was saying.

Lauren sighed. "I don't know which path is right." She finished.

Mitchell looked at her. It was obvious that he wasn't the right choice, but if he could make Lauren think otherwise.. "Lauren, I like you, I love you.. And it hurts that you doubt me like that."

Lauren sighed. "I like you too. But It's hard to forget Jay when I see him often." She pointed out.

"Then you don't have to see Jay often," Mitchell said, though he was already trying his best to do that. "He doesn't have to be near you at all, if you didn't want him too be."

Lauren looked at him. "You get to boss him around. Not me." she said.

"Your a princess, you can boss him around all you want. Any servant here would do whatever you told them too, Lauren." Mitchell said.

Lauren glanced at him. "But I can't do that! He's a friend." She argued.

Mitchell was quiet. He was obviously far more then that, but he remained quiet. He just gave a brisk nod, and started back to the room. He wasn't going to lead her anywhere in the first place.

Lauren followed him, and stayed quiet.

Mitchell hadn't hated Jay more then at that moment in time. He entered the tech-room, and cut right through, heading right for the room.

Lauren followed still.

Mitchell reached the room, and sat down, not really knowing what to do now. Great, great, great! It had been all perfect.. until.. Now.

Lauren sighed and sat on her bed.

Mitchell stared out the window. How in the heck had this happened? Stupid Jay.
Jay was finally done with scrubbing the floor, and for some odd reason, heard noise sounding like laughter. He was leaning on a wall, completely tired, and fell backwards, the wall opening into a door. He saw another door, and peeked through. Hmm.. Trampoline, Cory, and.. ANNA? Jay shut the door and sprinted back to the servants room before he could be seen. What the heck?
Anna laughed, jumping as high and having fun, She thought she saw the door flash open, black hair, and then nothing. She tried to ignore it.

Cory stopped when the door quickly opened. He sighed and started jumping again.
Lauren swung her legs over the bed. Who's the right guy? She thought, wanting Mitchell to hear it.
