~ Agent Powers 2 1/2 ~ Let the Truth be Told - PRP for Branch and Me -

Lauren frowned and looked out thee window. The pool. She fought back tears.

Mitchell looked at her. "Okay, why are you gonna cry?" He asked.

Lauren frowned. "Who says I'll..." She trailed off, staring at the pool. The image of Anna drowning came back to her. She could almost see it.

Mitchell looked at her oddly. "What the heck are you thinking about?"
From Anna's room she could clearly see the pool, as well. She stared at it, remembering how she had felt. Alwein had sucked that day, but if he could get them out and THEN she could beat him up, everything would be fine.

Lauren shook her head. "Nothing. Nothing you would care about, for the least." She said curtly and shifted uncomfortably.

"C'mon," Mitchell said impaitently. "What is it?"

Lauren looked up. "N-O-T-H-I-N-G." She spelled slowly. "Got it?" She said. Trying as hard as ever to forget.

Mitchell rolled his eyes, and the paused. "Oh, I see." He said. "Anna almost drowned there, hmm?" Anna was bad at hiding her mind.

Lauren showed no expression. She stared in the opposite direction, ignoring Mitchell, Who, yes she admitted, was a lot smarter than her.
Cory grinned. He looked at his watch 10 minutes." He said in a matter of fact tone.

Annabelle struggled against the ropes. He broke one loose. "No, no, no." She growled.
Mitchell smiled. "Approximately 10 more minutes 'til I OWN you."

Cory put her arm back in and tightened the ropes with his powers.
Lauren struggled. "Then what?" She whispered. Mitchell hadn't yet told her what she was going to do. Sitting around would be idiotically dumb of him.

Mitchell smiled. "I'll have the agency, so I'll own all the agency. I think then I'll have you help me rule them and start our new agency."
Annabelle screamed. LOUD. xD

Lauren shivered. "Rule? Your kidding. Wow Ew, times google plex." She said, horrified. Thank lord he wasn't like Alwein, kissing her thousands of times.

Mitchell smiled. "Kissing you is coming, don't fret." He snickered.

Lauren glared. "My buisness is none of yours, thank you very much." She spat, biting her lip.
Cory glanced at Anna, smiling. "10 seconds, my dear." He said.

"!0, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1!" He said joyfully.

Anna started freaking out, trying to break free, she was almost free.. 5..4..3..2..1. It was over, the time was up, they.. They had succeeded.

"3..2..1." Mitchell smiled, kissing Lauren on the lips. "We now own the agency and therefore YOU."

Cory kissed Anna. He pulled away, smiling.
Lauren turned pale. It was over. Now she had too deal with Mitchell for probably the rest of her life.

Annabelle wanted to scream, but remained quiet. Anna looked at Cory. "You know what? I don't think saying hateful things is getting to you enough." She broke free and SOCKED HIM.
Mitchell smiled. "It's over, my dear."

Cory ducked, rolling his eyes. He made her stand still and follow him.
Lauren saw Anna and Cory come strolling in.

Anna looked like she was about to cry. She followed him, completely numb. She looked at Lauren, trying to hold the tears back.
Mitchell got up Lauren up with his powers, making sure she wouldn't KILL HIM.

Lauren did. She stared at Anna.
Cory crossed his arms. "Told you." She said with a satisfied grin.

"Back to HQ we go," Mitchell snickered, grabbing Lauren's hand and zapping them all away.

Lauren frowned when she saw the Head Quarters, everyone being controlled, bowing to Mitchell and Cory and her and Anna. She let the tears stream down her face.

Annabelle is too stubborn, she refused to cry. She saw Grant and Jay, and that was the feather that broke the camel's back, she started crying quietly.
Jay couldn't help it, couldn't understand it. He felt.. Odd. Then THEY showed up. It was clear now, he was being controlled.
Mitchell smiled, crossing his arms.

Grant wanted to beat the heck out of Cory and Mitchell. He couldn't.
Lauren frowned. She wiped her eyes with her sleeves and stood by Mitchell.
