| Oh man, Nanook asked me the same question...
Admin Panel>>Users & Groups>>
Click Rank Administration. Make whatever you want, and since you already have a moderators group, you can edit things there at Group Administration. Then, you go to Users, or Users Settings, and add the rank to the user you searched. You can add people to the group by simply going to the group, and add the user.
