Hawktalon sat impatiantly waiting for the other warriors to finish greeting the new cat. "Alright, thats enough. Shadowdweller and I need to see Foxstar." he flicked his tail, a signal for the warriors to disperse. "But Mudfur and Sparrowchaser, could you take an extra patrol out along Ashclan territory? Off you go." he shot an approving glance at his former apprentice and turned around swiftly with Shadowdweller by his side, looking rather confused.

"whats all the noise about?" Honeypaw padded over to Stormfeather, sniffing the unfamiliar cat scent. "oh, a new cat?"

Wow, this is weird. First, everybody hated me. Now, they're talking to me more than ever! I wonder how this will turn out. Is this so called "Foxstar" gonna let me in? Hmmmmm... Shadow thought. He asked Hawktallon, "Hey, Hawktallon, could you give me a little bio of Foxstar?"

Hawktalon gave a rightful nod when Sparrowchaser picked his cats. he turned to Shadowdweller and replied. "Well, first off, Foxstar is Iceclan's proud leader. She is brave, wise, and very kind to new cats, so consider your self lucky." he gave a thoughtful lick to his tail and continued "She has a brilliant redish-orange pelt, with a bushy tail like a fox." he described. "Since she seems to be busy, I'll show you around." he meowed and trotted off, a sign to follow.

"OK," He said as he followed Hawktallon.

Hawktalon bounded off to the warriors den. he pointed to the cozy nests inside with his tail and meowed "That is where you will be sleeping, if Foxstar exceptes you." and he trotted over to the apprentices den,Medicine cat den, Elder's, and Leaders. "and now we're back to the begining. thats the fresh kill pile over there, and just down the ravine a little ways is the training hollow." he pointed to the pile and down the ravine with his silver and ginger muzzle.

Keeping up with him, Shadow took every bit of info.

Sparrowchaser saw Honeypaw and Spiderweb doing nothing,"Up you two, time for a patrol!"

((yay, ur on!^^and Ventus is staying!))"Alright! thanks Sparrowchaser!" Honeypaw mewed joyfully as she pranced over to the patrol leader. "My first patrol." she waved her tail around in excitement.

Cloverpaw flicked his tail in farwell to his sister. "Bye, have fun. I'm going to find Whisperpelt." he meowed and padded over to the medicine cats' den.

((Can the patrol find Larka? Will they help her fight the fox? I have so many questions...))

Larka wondered where Shadow had gone off to. Suddenly a horrible scent struck her. Fox! she thought.

((surely, Larka.))

"C'mon then," Sparrowchaser said. They padded out into the forest. A horrid scent hit their noses.

"Ugh! Fox!" spat Spiderweb.

"Cloverpaw?" called Whisperpelt.

Shadow also smelled the fox, but he also smelled Larka. He ran of without saying and followed his scent as well as he could.

Honeypaw heard an eerie hiss as the patrol padded out of camp. then she smelled the awful smell and saw Shadowdweller bound away. "Sparrowchaser, what is that smell?" she asked, curiously scenting the ground. it must not be good, thats for sure...she thought

Cloverpaw perked his ears when he heard his name. he stalked into the Medicine cat's den deeper to find his mentor. "are you ready?" he meowed, ready for training for the morning.

A blur of black came above Larka and landed in front of her as the fox striked, but he Sheilded her and took the blow instead. "So, we meet again, huh?" He asked.

I scented the air, like everyone else had. Fox?! I thought in disbelief. "There's fox in the territory?" I asked, looking at Honeypaw.
