How to Make Funny Jokes Easy

I'm going to tell you a way to make funny jokes really easily.

Here's an example:
What do you call some really loud cash?
A HOLLER DOLLAR! XD

STEP ONE:
Think of two rhyming words. (In this case, it's "Holler" and "Dollar")

STEP TWO:
Think of synonyms for the two words. (In this case, it's "Dollar" and "Cash", and "Loud" and "Holler")

STEP THREE:
Think of some way to relate the two synonyms.

Then you're done! Tell me some of your jokes!

CMON, THIS IS EASY! XD

What do you call a crayon with a gray tone?

A duller color.

What to you call a mule that is staring at a horse he has a crush on?

A drool mule. XD

The only problem is: usually these jokes have answers that are actuall items. Like:
