Larchstar greeted Grasstail and Shadowheart with a casual "welcome back."

Shadowheart smiled, and threw a "Hi" over his shoulder

Grasstail smiled and dipped her head at Larchstar. "Greetings." she murmered, and dropped her prey by Shadowhearts.

Raincloud was so tired... she was snoozing...

Dawnkit looked up at the sky, wistfully. But suddenly, something grabbed her scruff and she gave a shriek. Raincloud's eyes opened, but she didn't react and fell asleep again. "So... sleepy... peaches."

"Help!" Dawnkit cried, but she was being carried too close to MellowClan for anyone to hear her. She didn't try to thrash out of the cat's grip; it was no use. She could do nothing now, and she merely stayed silent, and could only hope this cat would trip or something.

Stripepelt was resting, and had no idea of Dawnkit being taken.

Mellowpetal ran toward MellowClan, and dropped Dawnkit at Mellowstar's feet. "Happy?" She growled.


Grasstail didn't notice Dawnkit being taken.

Dawnkit gazed fearfully up at Mellowstar, and then wailed, "What will you do with me?" Her blue eyes were wider than they ever had been before.

This attracted Crowkit's attention. "What's going on out there, Mother?" With his tail, he pointed to the little gray kit that looked like JointClan's medicine cat. "She smells of JointClan," the brown cat commented, sniffing. "Did they kidnap her?" his voice was now hinting disapproval.

Breezestep nodded, not sure how her kit would react.

Mellowstar smiled at Mellowpetal. "Extremely," She growled. "You'll be staying HERE. As a MellowClan cat, and you should take it from StripePAW, that we aren't gentle if you act up."

Mellowpetal dipped her head and padded away.

Mellowstar circled Dawnkit. "What is your name?" She snarled.

Grasstail smiled at Shadowheart.

Shadowheart smiled back. "So, Ms. Deputy, whatcha wanna do now?" He asked.

Grasstail playfully batted Shadowheart in the ear. "Don't make me laugh!" She teased.

Shadowheart grinned. "Well, would you like me to lie and say your NOT deputy then?" He asked teasingly.

Grasstail chuckled. "Nah." She replied and touch noses with him.

Shadowheart grinned, and smiled. He wanted to tell her so bad.. He was just a coward.

Grasstail gleamed. bounded away, toward her den.

Shadowheart padded toward the warriors den, sighing softly. As he watched Grasstail bound away, when she was out of ear shot, he muttered under his breath. "I love you Grasstail.."

Grasstail curled up in the warriors den. She laid her tail over her nose and fell asleep.

Shadowheart finally fell asleep, and dreamed. Branchstar was in his dreams, not for a warning, but for .. adivce..? "Follow your heart, Shadowheart, listen to it.." He said, and disappeared. Shadowheart slipped into other dreams, normal ones,

Grasstail woke up in on a starry path. "Did I die?" She wondered out loud. Mellowpetalappeared. Grasstail barred her fangs. Mellowpetal stayed calm. "Yes, I'm dead and alive." Mellowpetal growled. Grasstail glared at the MellowClan member. "What do you want with me?" She hissed, hiding her fear. Mellowpetal chuckled. "Wake up, darling, then go to the border of MellowClan....Someone special will be waiting..." she whispered. Mellowpetal disappeared and Grasstail woke up. She yawned and got up, and headed toward MellowClan border. What she didn't know is that she had been tricked.....



(Plot startin'! >=) BTW, she isn't gonna be able to come back 'till part 7. Unless....)

"I'm Dawnkit," Dawnkit hissed, "And you'll pay when my mother finds out that you took me!" Her blue eyes were narrowed, fur bristling as if she were a porcupine. The kit was not afraid to look into Mellowstar's eyes, following the leader's pawsteps as she circled the kit. If she wailed to her mother, then she could die. She would just have to wait until one of them woke up...

Mellowstar snarled. "Dawnkit, hmm? Welcome to MellowClan," She said, pretending to pounce at the kit, and then drawing back.

Shadowheart thought he heard Grasstail stir and leave, but fell back asleep to quick to be sure.

Dawnkit started to flinch back, but stood her ground as Mellowstar pounce. She bared her fangs, her emotions almost causing her to cringe. She could barely hold back the urge to fight; but if she did so, she would surely die.... and she couldn't lose her life now, when everything was so important to her... but she had to do something.

Crowkit narrowed his eyes behind Mellowstar's back. This was ridiculous. Stealing another Clan's kits!?

GRasstail growled, smeling the border of MellowClan...and a stale scent of Dawnkit! Grasstail suddenly relized that she had been tricked. It was too late. Mellowpetal shot out of the tree and bowled Grasstail over. With a yowl, she spat at the cat, but Mellowpetal had mopre expierance. Grasstail blacked out.

Mellowpetal cackled and dragged Grasstail by the scruff toward camp. Darkfang helped, and other members watched. Grasstail woke up and spat at Mellowpetal. "Fox Dung!" She snorted. and batted Darkfang. Grasstail was dropped by Dawnkit.
