Amberheart sighed. "Stormwind si nice now, for Mellowheart-" She stopped.

Stormstone looked at her concerned. "What/"

Stripepaw looked at her. "What?"

Amberheart sighed and looked at her feet. "She's got going to leave us. I'm related too her." She whispered.

Stripepaw looked at her. "You ARE?" He asked. "HOW?"

Amberheart sighed. "WEll, Darkfang is her father and He's my uncle which makes Lionstar is brother, so she is my cousin."

"That means I am related to her in some way.. " Stripepaw murmured. "Why can I hear voices?" He asked.

Amberheart shrugged. "I don't know." She admitted.

Stripepaw sighed. "Can anyone else hear voices?" Stripepaw asked.

Amberheart shook her head. "As far as I know, only you, me and your father." She sighed.

Stripepaw nodded, and then looked at Stormwind. "Wouldn't Stormwind be able to?" He asked.

Amberheart shook her head. "No." She mumbled.

Stripepaw nodded. "This is really weird." He said,

Stormstone looked at her concerned. "What/"

"Stormstone- You're a father!" Lockheart smiled happily, her tail waving.

Stormstone gasp. He nuzzled Lockheart.

Amberheart nodded.

"Wonderful!" Stormstone purred. "We need to find a sheltered spot." He worried.

Stripepaw sighed. "I want Dad back.. I want him to come back now."

Amberheart sighed. "That won't happen quickly." She mnurmured.

Toothstar entered camp.

Stripepaw sighed. "Voices I get to hear voices, why can't I bring back cats from StarClan instead." He murmured.

"Well, you have us," Rainpaw purred, trying to cheer the saddened Stripepaw up. "And your Clan... warriors give their life for the Clan. It's the warrior code." She nosed him sympathetically.

Stripepaw nodded. "I know.." Stripepaw said, shaking his head. He padded slowly toward the camp entrance, he just wanted to be alone.

(Hi. Sorry I've been gone. Where were we?)

While all this was going on, Lionbrook was wondering what he should be doing. Scarstar hadn't come back, but he didn't want to intrude on anyone else's territory.

Rainpaw watched Stripepaw pad out. She knew both of them were grief-stricken, and she couldn't blame him. Even though... maybe he would like to talk when he gets back, She thought to herself, her heart still in pain for her Clanmates -- and herself -- who just lost what they had the most loyalty in: Branchstar -- their leader, and he had been so for so long, it would be hard to adjust to the changes. Toothstar... how would Toothstar do as... leader? Rainpaw could hardly imagine it. And, then, what would it be like when she was medicine cat? She would be looked up to... that was good... but then again, it was a lot of responsibility and stress. And she didn't know if she could take it all.

But there was no turning back now. She had to be brave, unafraid. Her loyalty came first. But inside this... courage... there was a flicker, a dark spot of doubt. Would it grow? Only she could control that. Rainpaw's destiny was in her own paws. But it was also in StarClan's. The Clan she had looked up to and turned to when she needed help.

But then again, when she was medicine cat, she would get dreams. Yes... the best part, in her opinion, was challenging her mind and interpreting the messages that StarClan had meant for her, her friends, and all of JointClan.
