Amberheart hissed.

Darkfang growled, and crossed the border onto BloodClan territory. He went west, and was in different territory the cats had not explored before.

Mellowheart grinned, and appeared by Darkfang and the rouges. "Hi AMberheart." He said sweetly, though fakely sweet.

Branchstar and Wolfstar followed the scent and tried to find them.

(the scent is gone.)


Amberheart stared. "What do you want?" She spat as Darkfang dropped her on the new territory, far from any place.

"Territory.." Mellowheart said, and rolled her eyes. "And Branchstar's life, then we'll let you go." She said.

Wolfstar and Branchstar stopped there was no scent.

Amberheart sighed. "You are a dumb-ball, aren't you?" She snarled. She knew that Mellowheart was going to use the lives to bring back Stormwind and her, plus all the cats Jointclan killed.

Mellowheart snarled. "Do you want to stay here forever? Because that can be arranged, and I can assure you won't liek it." She growled.

Branchstar looked around. "We can't find her.."

Rainpaw panicked as she saw rogues entering from the sides, but as she left, calmed down. "What was THAT?" She asked no one in particular.

Stripepaw shivered. "Something bad.." He said to Rainpaw, kinda randomly.

Amberheart sighed. "I'll find a way ou." She vowed as a rogue pushed her into a den. Two rogues kept guard to make sure she didn't get out.

Mellowheart sighed. "You'll never get out." She said, and Darkfang nodded in agreement.

Stripepaw shivered again.

"I know," the medicine cat apprentice replied. Her tail swung impatiently from side to side. "We better be careful."

Amberheart glared. "I'm not as stupid as you!" She retorted.

"Are they still here?" Rainpaw hissed, stepping back into the medicine cats' den slightly.

Mellowheart snarle.d "You sure are, you .." She trailed off, and turned away.

Stripepaw heard a voice in his head again. " Aww.. You miss your mommy, don't you?" Mellowheart said sweetly, again, fake.

Hazelkit came up and stood by Rainpaw. "Yeah.. We'd better. I hope Branchsatr and Wolfstra come back."

Amberheart snarled and plopped down.

Stripepaw tried not to whimper. "I do." He thought back. "Well, your Mommy is not being very smart right now.. We'll let her go, but we need something." Mellwoherta said.

Rainpaw's ears stood straight up. "They're gone? Why didn't they just call a patrol?" She felt panic as she stepped slighlty away from Hazelkit.

"They went be themselves to go look. " hazelpaw said.

Amberheart heard Mellowheart. Stripekit, ignore her! I'm fine. Just don't listen and tell Branchstar She wants terrritory and his life! Just think Branchstar and tell him in your mind!

Rainpaw's eyes glinted with misunderstanding. "I don't get it." She lay down and put her head under her paws in confusion. "The leaders should know better than that..."

Stripepaw nodded. "Ok." He replied to his Mom. And then thought to Branchstar, his father - "Dad! Mellowheart wants territory.. And your life for Mom." Stripepaw whimpered.

Hazelpaw shrugged. "maybe there different."

Amberheart sighed and glared at everything. She tried running out but the guards just pushed her back.

"Amberheart! Where are you!" Branchstar thought again, to her.

Amberheart heard him. Far past BloodClan to the west, be careful! The rogues are guyarding the place, and the den I'm in.

Branchstar nodded to himself. "I'm coming." He whispered, leaving Wolfstar behind. He passed the border, and started westward/
