Heather stalked away, she snorted to herself. What a coward... She thought, glaring at Spirits den.

Adolf padded around camp, a bit board.

Spirit decided to apologize and just let it out. He got up and ran to Heather. He slid in front of her. "Listen, Heather, I'm so sorry about what I said. It's just that..." Spirit gulped.

Heather glared at him. "What?" She said, still angry.

"This is gonna sound sorta stupid, but, I've had sorta a crush on..." Spirit explained nervously, "you."

Heather blushed. "All brutes do." She mutteref. "All because of the stupid cur-"
She stopped.

"I don't care about the curse, I still think so," Spirit said.

Heather felt her pelt bristle. "What?" She growled. "You kno-of course you do! That fox-dung power of yours!" She spat.

"You've got 10 days, don't ruin an opportunity," Spirit said, having a wise tone.

Heather narrowed her eyes. "Then i'll die! If I don't fall in love!" She spat.

"I know, I know," Spirit said. He laughed nervously, hoping Heather won't burst into anger.

Heather growled, then relaxed. "Don't do it again! okay?" She snapped.

"Fine," Spirit agreed. "Just, try not to be so angry when you see someone. You'll have a hard time living that way, and since you obviously don't want me around..." Spirit said, going into a stance to go to the forest and hunt.

heather hissed. "I have a short temper." She spat and walked toward her den.

Spirit sighed and went into the forest, thinking about what just happened.

"Jerk." She muttered.

((XD That struck me as funny for some reason.))

Blaise looked up from her search when she saw Spirit heading into the forest. She limped after him. "Where are you going?" She asked curiously.

Spirit, a little stunned, turned around and unsheath his claws. He calmed down only seeing Blaise. "Oh, just you," Spirit said casually.

Blaise smiled. "Yep. You seem tense. Are you alright?" She asked, standing beside him.

"Not really," Spirit admitted, wanting to lie.

Blaise looked at Spirit for a moment thoughtfully. "Did something happen with Heather?" She asked gently, not wanting to upset him.

Spirit sighed sadly, "Yeah...I think you can guess why."

Heather stalked away into the forest, away from spirit.

Spirit saw Heather in the corner of his eye. He sighed again, knowing that she didn't anything to do with him.

Blaise saw Heather too. "Don't worry, she's just a little mad. She'll get over it I bet." She said. "Have you told her how you feel about her?" She asked, tilting her head. She had suspected for a long time that Spirit liked Heather, and now she was sure.
