My mentor was no where in sight so I took off running towards the Firepath. I sniffed around and hurtled past the constant stream of Thunder-rocks. My nose filled with their acrid sent and I ran even faster. I headed down an ally and stopped By a Tallwalker nest that was bit away from some of the noise. I smelt a weird smell, but then this place always smelled like this.

My sensitive ears had picked up a sound coming from the alley. Probably just a mouse, or a Shadow, I thought, but I was curious, so I silently padded over to the allies.

I stretched and licked my fur, then padded into the corner of the ally. There were several rocks missing from a wall. I crawled in. It was my special spot.

Shadowstar scented an Unfamiliar cat, and ran across the Firepath, seeing another cat, he prowled behind.

Camari suddenly turned around. She couldn't hear anyone, but she felt someone watching her.

Shadowstar jumped over the brick wall in the alleyway, landing swiftly on the top, perfectly where the strange cat could see him. "New to our alleyways I see. You don't look like you're from these grounds. Who brought you here?" he asked, sitting on top of the high brick wall.

Twiggy followed Shadowstar up to the brick wall casually. She pushed off with her powerful hind legs and landed near him. "I thought I smelled a new one. Whats your name down there?" she called, looking at the dark cat next to her but then blinking her gaze at the visitor.

Camari's amber gaze switched over to the two cats on the ledge. "No one brought me here," she corrected. "I have been wandering for quite some time now."

Twiggy nodded, and gave the new cat a friendly look and flick of the tail. As the she-cat followed them over the wall and onto the soft green grass, she looked over to her. "You never answered my question."

Camari hesitated for a moment, trying to remember what the question was. "Er- yes. My name's Camari," she replied.

"I lived in a forest before," she admitted. "With a group of cats called RiverClan, have you heard of them?"

"I was never into that rivalry," she replied. "But yes, we were rivals of ShadeClan."

Twiggy narrowed her eyes, brimming with curousity now. "Well then, I am Twiggy, you can call me Maple, and this is Shadow. Star. Shadowstar." she shook her long grey and white fur. "Sorry." she cleared her throat. "Anyways, I am the Medicine cat of Stray pack...Were you looking to join?"
