Dappledstar glanced across the camp and saw Shadowpaw. She rose and padded over to the apprentice. "Good morning Shadowpaw, everything well?" She asked.

Shadowpaw lifted her golden eyed gaze to face her leader, Dappledstar.
Her black fur was barely visable in the shadows, and she liked that about herself.
Shadowpaw nodded. " Everything is well, and you?" Shadowpaw said, her voice like music.

Dappledstar sighed and sat. "Stoneshadow hasn't returned from his hunting trip! He gets me so angry! He always goes off on his own. But he's been gone a long time...I'm kind of starting to worry." She meowed.
