Valia~Book 1: A Princess's tale

Runa looked at all the elves cheering because she was there. She smiled and waved.

Eamon's head poked out of all the elves. He smiled as he walked toward Runa. "Seems familiar?" He asked sarcasticly. He held out his hand, waiting for Runa to take it, so they could go.

Runa screamed of joy. She took Eamon's hand and kissed him. "Eamon!" She screamed.

Jake's mouth dropped, "Hi Eamon..." he murmered, whiping tears from his eyes

Eamon huggegd Runa, saying, "I missed you." He turned to Jake. "I'm sorry, Jake. Promise we'll still be friends?" He asked. He knew would the apology was for.

"What and how are you here?" She asked hugging him, "I missed you so much! I thought you hated me for not showing up at my ball."

Jake sniffled, "How-how are you so sure of yourself...?" he asked and slightly glared, but stepped back as he expected Runa to get mad and make him go back to Valia...

BACK AT THE CASTLE

Rayn watched in disbelief... "Well..." she turned, "Wanna party, everyone..?"

Runa didn't care what Jake said anymore. She was the happiest person in the entire world.

BACK AT THE CASTLE

Antionette and Faolan laughed and started to dance.

Jake sighed and went over to meet the elves, tears in his eyes.

"It was Arwen. I was going to get the Tuxedo for the ball, when Arwen comes out of nowhere and takes me into the forest. He tells me to sty there until I see you. He told me the story. So here I am, and there you are. I would never hate you enough to miss the ball of you're life," Eamon explained. "You owes me, big time," He mummered to Arwen.

Runa leaned up and whispered three simple words in his ear, "I love you."

Arwen laughed, "Yeah, I do!"

Jake glared at Eamon, his heart obviously broken. He started to walk away, not really wanting anything to do with them anymore... She hated himself and couldn't stand being around Eamon. He was... Perfect! And Runa obviously loved him!

"Ditto," Eamon whispered. He couldn't think of anything else to say. The moment was too perfect. Just one thing to make it complete. He thought to himself. He looked into Runa's eyes... "We should take this somewhere else," He suggested.

Runa smiled, "Anything for you." She smiled, "Let's go sit under the Loth Alda, that means Blossom tree." She smiled to herself, she had pulled that out of the back of her mind. She could remember the old song her mother used to sing to her.

"Thanks, I'm not used to the elf world yet," Eamon said. He smiled at Runa. "And thus the ereb draug fell in love with the aranel."

Runa smiled, "Your not a lonley wolf. Your a Aran, now." She hoped he would figure out what she had said.

"I-I'm sorry?" Eamon asked. He only knew a few words in elven. He smiled back, because, obviously, it meant something good.
