The slim cheetah hissed. "what do you want, anyways?" She flexed her claws, Brightheart would gladly pounce.

"I wanted to join your clan." He sneered.

Brightheart rolled her eyes. "Cheetahclan cheetahs aren't that stupid. Sunstar wold never let you step paw in our camp!" She hissed.

"Well, I guess that's up to her, not you." He pointed out, sniffing triumphantly.

Brightheart hissed between gritted teeth, and turned to stalk away.

He followed smugly.

The cheetah's tail twitched angrily as she started to pad faster.

He chuckled and sped up faster than she had.

Brightheart flicked her ears back, and let out a hiss under her breath. She spun around, trying to think of some sort of retort.

"What?" He said innocently, smirking.

"Your. Following. Me." She muttered.

"Yeah, so?I'm meeting you clan lader." He declared, walking past her towards the scent of the clan.

Brightheart hissed again as he passed. She slunk her shoulders and followed after him slowly.

He smiled in victory and continued to pad steadily towards the strong swell of cats.
