Neon's Art Shop

The old one was october's character shop, but I have improved a lot from that time,
so I am making a new one. ^^

I make avatars, banners, and anything else you can think of. lol. XD
the one thing I don't realy want to do is animations. (ect. flash, animated pixels)
I'm not realy good at them, so they'll turn out to be horrible. sors. D;
