| And I could use a little help.
My questions: 1. How long did it take you to get used to GIMP? 2. Can you do glowy effects like on photoshop? 3. Any advice for a noob? ((All is welcome! xD))

| Okay, are you totally new to photoshop and gimp and stuff? Because my suggestion would be to first familiarize yourself with layers and selecting stuff (like with the lasso tool). Check out tutorials online and just keep fooling around with stuff :D
And yes, there are fun effects like in photoshop *squirms* Just check out all the stuff under the "Filters" menu. KNOCK YOURSELF OUT XD
