Jay was prepared to pretty much strangle Jacob.
"You have to." Jacob repeated, still smirking at her.
"Over my dead freaking body." Jay hissed.

Lauren bit her lip. "Try me. You can't make me you freak."
Grant growled.

"You wanna bet?" Jacob snarled, while Mitchell staggered up.

Lauren sneered. "Sure thing." She retorted, growling.

Jacob stepped toward her, snarling.
"Over my dead freaking body," Jay repeated, quieter.
Jacob whipped around. "That can be arranged."

Lauren pulled Jay back. "Don't murder yourself." She hissed.

"I'm not," Jay growled in response. I might murder someone in a second though. He thought of Jacob.
Jacob grinned. "Exactly. We'll be back, Lauren, we'll be back." They disappeared from sight.

Lauren watched them go, and fainted.

Jay blinked at her, and then helped her up. "Wake up Lauren." He said quietly.
Anna was still frozen in shock, standing completely still. "Holy. Snapples."

Lauren did in a while. "Woah..." She murmerd. "I swear, I'm about to commit murder." She grumbled.

"You and me both." Jay muttered. "Are you okay?" He asked in his normal tone.

Lauren nodded. "I think so." She said, and flinched. A pain shot through her arm.

"What's wrong?" Jay instantly asked, seeing her flinch.

Lauren shrugged. "My arm is killing me." She muttered. "Look, I'm really sorry about ignoring you.."

Jay nodded, trying to avoiding touching her arm after that. "It's fine, Lauren, really." He shrugged.

Lauren shrugged again. Her arm was going to fall off any moment.

Jay looked at her, his eyes seeming light. He didn't care that Anna was there at the moment, and bend down and kissed Lauren lightly.

Grant grinned at the two.
Lauren kissed him back.

Anna was grinning wildly. Finally. She thought.
Jay pulled away, slightly pink but smiling at her.

Lauren stayed quiet but grinned, ignoring Anna's thought.

Jay grinned back, and helped her up. "Let's go home, I'm getting sick of school."

Lauren nodde and cringed, holding her arm.

Jay put his arm around her waist, carefully avoiding her arm.

Lauren let him do it.

Jay walked her home quietly.
