Sagepaw looked at Otterpaw. "Right now?" She asked in surprise. Everything seemed to be moving so fast! I guess I'd better get used to it... She thought as she waited for Otterpaw's answer.

Robinfur was stirred by the soft yet familiar steps of a silvery tabby she-cat. For a split second, he asked the cat if she was Silversnow. But she did not smell like Silversnow, nore did she have such dark, distinguishing stripes. And her fur was much longer, like his own, than a regular cat. Then he awoke. Fallenstar stared down at him, one eyebrow raised. She tipped her head. "No, I am not Silversnow." she mewed quietly, tring not to wake any other cats this morning. Robinfur shook his head in a weak attemp to step off sleep. "I was dreaming, I thought. It was probably a combination...good morning, by the way." he added, yawning and getting up to stretch. He glanced over his shaggy shoulder. "Looks like Sagepaw made an early start on work today," he pointed out, sniffing the spot where his apprentice was sleeping before. Fallenstar layed down comfortably onto her side next to him. She smiled. "Good for her," Sagepaw was certainly on her way to becoming a fantastic medicine cat.
"Was there somthing you needed, Fallenstar?" Robinfur spoke suddenly after a long silence. Somtimes they just liked to do that, Robinfur and Fallenstar, for old times sake. Just the presence of each other near was comforting enough.
"I'm just tired, and stressed.." the she-cat replied, rubbing a paw over her face. "Everything is happening so fast for once." Robnfur nodded agreement.

Bear eyed the two young cats for a moment. "Be careful." he murmered after some time. Then, a young black and white tom approached them from the shadows. He dropped a tiny package at their paws. "Eat those for traveling. They last a long time." he nodded timidly at Sagepaw, and smiled more openly at his old friend. Then after an awkward pause, the small tom cat skittered off,dissapearing into the far end of the open cave.

((I found that really cute for some reason...xD))

Sagepaw watched the small tom skitter off into the shadows. She twitched her ears and sniffed the herbs thoughtfully. When she realized which herbs they were, she ate them readily. They would keep off hunger, which was good because Sagepaw had a feeling she wouldn't really want to eat anything she caught in the middle of the twoleg city. "I'm ready when you are Otterpaw." She mewed when she finished the herbs. Then she looked back in the direction the black and white tom had come from and disappeared to. "Who was he?" She asked.

He is the same age as your two cats, just smaller looking because he's rather shy... >< But he has a crush on Sagepaw. XD Maybe one of you can use him as a character later, I don't care. Just wanted to jazz things up for a change. xD))

Otterpaw nodded, lapping up the herbs and wincing at their bitter taste. He fought the urge to spit them out, and swallowed hard. "That," Otterpaw said, nodding in the direction where the cat had run off to, "is Clover. We used to be friends," he added, giving a wistful gance towards his old companion's den. He didn't miss the city's atmosphere- he would always prefer the forest- but he missed some of the cats who lived there.

"Anyways, thanks Bear," Otterpaw said, breaking away from his memories. "Maybe I'll see you later," he added, getting to his paws.

"Hmm...Clover." Sagepaw muttered, rolling the name around her head as if she was tasting it. "I like it. But if you were friends, why didn't he stay to talk?" She asked finally, standing beside Otterpaw. She looked again in the direction of the small cat. She would have liked to talk to him, but he had run away so fast! She began to wonder if she'd get to see him again.

"Hmm... I dunno, he's kind of shy, but I don't remember him usually acting like that," Otterpaw replied, squinting. Did Clover have feelings for Sagepaw? A strange feeling in the pit of his stomach made him nauseated. What was this? Jealosy? Otterpaw shook his head. Sagepaw and him were just friends; besides, she was going to be a medicine cat. They could never be anything but pals. Am I okay with that? he asked himself.
