"California." Dane replied, looking behind him.

"Oh. I'm from New York. Two different sides of the country!" She smiled.

Todd shook his head, a smile spreading across his face. He strolled into the room after her at a fast pace.

"Cool, I guess." Dane shrugged, looking at her face.

She looked around, and akward silence came.

Amber smiled and sat at a seat next to his. She sighed in releif. She finnaly had made a friend. The bell rang as soon as she sat down.

"Great......." Dane whispered. "What class do you have next?" He asked, rubbing the back of his neck.

Todd sat down next to her, he fumble through his book bag, looking for his notebook and other things.

"Ummm... Science. You?" She asked quickly.

Amber grabbed her notebook and a pencil. She wrote down the notes of the board.

"Wonder what today is about?" Todd murmured.

"Anything that is unintresting!" She whispered back, smiling.

Todd laughed to himself. Exactly. He thought.

Dane sighed. "Same here..." He mumbled.

"Well we should get there! We're really late..." She sighed. She started walking fastly to the class. She got in the classroom and sat in a desk. The teacher excused her beacsue it was the first day.

Amber wrote down untill she was finished. She raised her hand and the teacher came over. She picked up the notes. "You can read until the bell rings." She told Amber. Amber nodded and brought out her [i]Warriors book.

Dane walked more slowly, not caring if he was late. The teacher glared at him, but he took his seat.

Todd quickly jotted down notes. Hoping he would have as much luck as Amber.

Amber read until the bell finnaly rang. She sighed in releif and gathered her things.

Todd looked up from his paper. He shoved his report into his sling pack, and headed toward the door.
