Deoxys's Reign - a Pokémon Mystery Dungeon RP

Before, the Pokémon world was peaceful, ruled by Arceus and Mew. But recently, the two gods have been overthrown by Darkrai and Deoxys, who has been turned shadow by Darkrai.

At first, you're a human living a normal-- actually, I should say somewhat boring life. You have heard the legends of these "Pokémon," but have never intended to actually become one.

One night, you lay in your bed, unable to sleep. Suddenly, there is a giant boom and a flash, as if a meteor is landed, and you are knocked out. When you come to, you lay on the beach with a group of strangers, but these are not humans you see. With a start, you realize that they are Pokémon- so you must be one, too!

Rules:
1. No godmoding. It makes the RP unfair.
2. No Mary-Sues. Nobody's perfect, and it's no fun when you are.
3. No controlling others' characters without permission. Trust me, it does not end well.
4. You may only be a first-evolution Pokémon, and no legendaries. We start at level 5, so have the appropriate moves. This is a reliable Pokémon information source, so search your Pokémon, and check its moves.
5. Please, keep it rated PG.
6. Use good grammar and spelling so that we can all understand what you're saying.
7. You may have as many characters as you like, as long as you don't go out of control.
8. You may also have relationships with other characters, if both users agree.
9. Please let me accept you into the RP before you start playing.

Personality: Pelly is a generally jolly girl, being very emotional. Sometimes, she looks tired when she's actually sad, so others shouldn't be fooled unless she states clearly that she is tired. Usually, though, she's calm. She can often be distracted by her seemingly endless hunger, a Munchlax's signature trait.

Personality: Rather appalled at being a feminine cat, Frederick is a bit loose and confused. He's rather amusing if you stay around for awhile, and doesn't usually notice when people say negative things about him or are rude to him.

Personality: Sonto likes to sleep and barely eat. He usually just sits around all day doing nothing and it's hard to get his attention. If he doesn't want to talk, you'll know. He's the silent type who blends in with the crowd and stays that way for the most part.

Pelly finally opened her eyes. The first thing she noticed was that she was so... hungry. She hadn't been starving like this in a while. But there was nothing nearby to eat. Maybe the nearby ocean would distract her.

But there was something else, too. They were Pokémon; she recognized an Absol, Eevee, Skitty and Abra. What were these guys doing here, knocked out?

With a pang of worry, she realized something. If these people were Pokémon... then she was one!

"I don't really know..." Pelly chimed in. "But we're all creatures from those tales... why are we here?"

She looked up at the sky. It was completely black. The Munchlax pointed up. "Maybe that has something to do with it."

Frederick shook his head. "Ah... my head feels heavy..." He turned around, suddenly hyper, and found a pom-pom. "What's that over there?" He started slowly chasing his tail absentmindedly.

Sonton was still asleep, but looked around. How come I can see when I'm asleep? He was utterly confounded.

"I don't think any certain Pokémon would do this to us," Pelly replied. "But we probably changed for a reason."

She gasped. "There was an explosion, wasn't there? Are we dead?"

"Good," Pelly muttered. "We should find out what's going on."

Turning behind herself, she saw an opening in a cliff. "Maybe we should check that cave out. I can just tell that there's something good in there."

Sonton became half-conscious. "What are you guys doing without me?" He stood up and walked towards the group, almost fully awake.

Frederick was wondering why it was so hard to walk and managed to catch up.
