Yes, dear reader, you read the title correctly!

The police busted a puppy mill in Missouri two days ago. They brought all the puppies to a place called Noah's Ark and my mom and I went there to help out. Those poor dogs are cute. Cocker spaniels, cocker mixes, Yorkies, Scotties, Westies, poodles. Anyways, so I'm stuck on cuddle duty, trying to dry off this 4 year old cocker spaniel/bichon frise, when my mom asks if they need anyone to foster a dog. And I look up and I'm like, "Heck yes!"

Long story short, we walk out of the building after washing and cleaning with said 4 year old male cocker spaniel/bichon frise mix. My dad was less than thrilled, but of course he warmed up to him, like he warmed up to Piper, Waffles, and Tobias the cat. We spent a while just trying to think of a name for him. I wanted to call him Wendell, but my mom and dad said that sounded like an old creepy guy's name. So, no go. Butters, Biscuit, Wembly, Howdy, Dallas, Toki, Wimbledon, Wallace, Gromit, etc. all got a chance before I had one of my many a stroke of genius.

His name is Oliver, Ollie for short, and if I ever find the USB to my camera, there will be pictures, oh yes.

ANYWAY. That's my story. Gots me a foster puppy running around. And, get this, he gets along with Tobias. For seriously. It's great.

I remember they busted a HUGE one in my end of the state about a month ago and the dogs were so scared and horribly treated that they had to put down twenty-eight of them; my parents won't let me get one of the ones they have up for adoption now though. I really want an older one.

Adorable! He looks almost like one of my dogs... I have two, but I also live at two different houses, and they're at the one I visit less. Oh, well. A cocker spaniel/bichon frise, eh? Mine are cotons.

Yesh, socky emailed meh the puppy pictures. :3 This makes me want to post pictures of mah puppies.

Cotons look like poodles without their fur trimmed around their legs and face and things. Usually, they're pure white with brown ears, which is what one of my dogs looks like. The other is the same, but has one white ear and brown spots. :3

Are they an actual breed I have never heard of (XD), or is it a "designer dog", as they call 'em.
