Jacob and ______ are 18 and strting their first year at the university of Phoenix, The first few days go well, they get settled. Until they both start seeing a mysterious women. And it isn't for long periods of time only for a few moments. These times start to extend over the few days until finally, the lady approaches both ____ and Jacob in the middle of town, and drags them off to an abandoned warehouse. Where she explains everything.

Name: Jacob Nathaniel Night

Description: Jacob has dark coffee brown hair, that hangs over the tips of his ears and his bangs hang about half an inch above his eyebrows. His skin is relatively tan from hanging out in the sun about 3 hours a day in the summer. Jake is about 6 feet and 3 inches tall. His body is built of that for a baseball player. Fairly tall and quick-reflexed. Jacob usually wears black baggy jeans. Or if he isn't wearing those, he's wearing sports pants. He usually has a baseball cap placed over the top of his dark brown hair. Jacob rarely will wear long sleeved shirts. He's always seen with short sleeved t-shirts. Usually white or black.

Base Animal: A large black bear with an unusual white stripe over the middle of his back.

Lilliana Marie Grimm

Description -
Lilliana has jet black hair in a straight choppy cut, it curls a bit on the tips and sometimes hangs in her eyes if she has it in a ponytail. She is very pale and has vivid emerald green eyes. Her complextion is unusually clear for a teenager's also. Lilli stands about 5'7 in height and has the body of a professional swimmer's. Her legs are long and lanky and make her clumsy when she walks. Her arms are long also and she has long fingers too. Even though Lilliana can be very clumsy, she also has the lithe movements of a dancer because she was one when she was younger. When dressed, Lilli usually has skinny jeans on with flats or converse to walk in. Lilli will usually wear long sleeved shirts or quarter length shirts, to cover her arms.

What is the base animal they can shapeshift into? -
When Lilliana shifts, she shifts into a black leopard with dark grey spots. Her eyes are the same vivid green as a human, but on her front right paw she has a white swirl pattern that is unusual for a leopard. Her paws are thicker than most leopards and she might look more like a black snow leopard, instead of their African cousins.

I pursed my lips and unlocked my dorm room door for the first time. I gasped as I dragged in my backpack and luggage bag. I mean the room still needed work. But it was a lot better then I had imagined it was going to be. The walls were painted a light brown. There was a twin sized bed in the corner of the room below a large window. A small wooden desk sat a few feet away. Mounted on the wall was small flat screened television and a shelf was under that. I laid down my backpack and luggage bag in the middle of the floor and walked into the bathroom, it had white tile on the floor with a sink, a shower, and a toilet. I sighed and walked out. If only I had a few friends going to the University with me. All of my friends from High school went to the other University a few hours away but, my Mom had insisted I attend this one.

I shuffled with my bags towards the dorm rooms. Phoenix was boiling hot already, I hated Arizona, I hated it with a passion. Why my family had to move to a different state right before I go to College beats me. Ugh, I drug my bags into the elevator and pressed the button for the top floor. This school was so big. The doors dinged before opening and I looked around as I lugged my things into the small hallway. Sitting down my hundred pound bags, I dug the key to my room out of my pocket and walked down a long hallway before reaching it. It was beside one that I could hear someone inside moving around. Biting my lip, I opened the door and looked inside, there was white. Everywhere. Groaning, I dropped my bags near the bed in the corner and looked at the desk across from it. There was a window in the middle of the back wall, facing a forest. I rubbed my neck and turned to find the bathroom, oh, great. I looks like it adjoined with the room beside me. I opened the door and bumped into a guy. What?!

When the door opened, which I had thought to of belonged to a store closet opened, I nearly hit my head on the ceiling. When I saw the girl, I bit my lip and ran through the thoughts inside my head. And why did it have to be the opposite gender? I'm probably going to have to listen to blaring music while I tried to study. That and I would have to go to class every morning, still half asleep because the bathroom had been in use all morning.
"Er- Who are you exactly?" I asked raising an eyebrow inquisitively. I shook my head as I waited for her to reply.

I had basically rebounded off this guy's abs, he was seriously buff in my opion. I opened my mouth to ask him who he was, but he got to it before me. Still a bit in shock, I stammered out, "I-I should ask you the same thing! You're in my bathroom!" I gave him a wide eyed look. If he was my roommate, I would probably have to listen to him and all his friends shout at the TV all night watching Lord knows what. Then, I won't be able to use my bathroom because he'll be in there non-stop, plus his friends. I rolled my eyes and then glared at the guy, "If you live it that room, I have a couple rules. One, no hogging the bathroom, and two, if you have a bunch of guys over all the time, I will scream at you until you make them leave." He probably thought I was kidding, but I was ready to pop a gasket, I mean, a guy? Really?

"First, I have no friends here. And to tell you the truth. I don't enjoy staring at the TV all night like a mindless ape. And if I must, I'll obey the bathroom rule." I rolled my eyes and sighed. So. It was true she didn't just pop out of the closet... Great. I held out my hand. "Jacob Night." I stated, with a small grin.

I gave him a look that basically said, yeah, right and stared at him for a moment before taking his hand and shaking it. "Lilliana Grimm." Dropping it, I murmured, "Now can I go to the bathroom?"

I nodded and left, shutting the door behind me. I understood that look, and sighed for the third time in the last ten minutes. It was going to be a long year. I zipped open the large bag full of my clothes. I quietly emptied it making separate piles on the floor for each type of clothing. Shirts;Pants;and other items. I picked them up and piled them into the golden brown dresser.

I finished up in the bathroom quickly and went back into my room. I realized I had forgotten a bag in my truck, it was the heavyist, my dad hadn't even been able to carry it alone. My family had only moved here temporarily, only long enough to know that I was safe and content here. I was actually going to live full time here, for my college years. I sat on my bed and put my head in my hands. The tears began. I already hated this place, it was horribly hot, and I had a guy for a roommate, I mean, was fate trying to make my life a living heck?
Sniffing, I blew out a long breath, The bag had everything that I needed for my room in it. But, I couldn't even get it up here. Great. Another tear rolled down my cheek.

I sat down on my bed and stared across the room at the light brown wall. It seriously needed a new paint job. It was starting to chip in some places. I stood up and walked across the room to the door. I opened it and quietly shut it. I checked my watch; 3:13; before preceding downstairs. I still needed to pull some things out of my 2002 Black Toyota Pickup. I opened the elegant large doors that led into the dorm building and preceded across the grounds to the parking lot.

I got up and wiped the tear from my cheek. Grabbing my keys, I ran downstairs and saw the Jake guy, my roommate. "Hey," I said lightly, trying to ignore the fact I probably looked like I had just been crying, since, I well had. "I have one last bag, and I can't lift it by myself... Do you think...?" I trailed off looking down at the chipped tiled floor that was dirty from so many students treading on it.

I smiled lightly as I sat down my bag on the pavement and walked over to her. "Sure thing." I stated wating hfor her to unlock the car. Best, to probably get on her good side. I thought looking down at the ground.

I walked over to an old Chevvy red pickup truck that probably looked ancient, but it ran well. A tank couldn't have taken out this thing. I unlocked the door and opened the passenger side. Stepping back, I sized up the bag before trying in vain to pick it up for Jacob.

I grinned at her attempt and pushed her gently out of the way and picked it up. With a short gasp. "What in the world do you have in here? Bricks?" I teased, placing the bag ontop of my shoulder while both hands supported it on the sides.

"Uh..." I blushed, "Not exactly..." The bag consisted of my laptop, sheets for my bed, and all my personal stuff for my room, pictures, art supplies, and a, uh, dancer pole. I blushed again and then muttered, "You're close, very close... Thanks, for carrying it for me..." I grabbed the bag he had been carrying to make myself usful and pressed the elevator button.

"No problem." I whispered. I watched her go into the dorm room before walking down the staircase, back out to the parking lot. I would have bet money it was at least 110 degrees out. 90 was nearly to hot for me. I enjoyed the coldness of winter. I picked up the last two remaining bags and dragged them across the parking lot.

I drug the bag into my room and started to unpack. In it was all my stuff I needed. Or at least, I thought I did. The first thing I unpacked was my laptop, an HP Pavillion dv6000, it was a pretty good computer, a little beat up, but nothing I couldn't handle. I unpacked the ballet bar, that you would see mounted on a Ballet studio wall. I took dance all the younger years of my life, as a dancer, I could do hip-hop, tap, ballet (which was my favorite), ballroom, and even the Tango. It was more of a hobby even though my mom wanted me to go pro. That was the only spot related thing I could do. Sighing, I put the green sheets on my bed and finished up decorating my room, it would work for now. I just needed to find my kitchen...

I opened up the door and set the two bags down next to the door. One of the bags was full of books. That was my weakness that almost nobody knew about. I loved to read. My most woren book was probably the first Lord of the Rings Novel. My second bag was filled with my life necessity's. (Laptop, ipod, Money, and a bunch of small furniture.) I walked across the room and looked out one of the windows. I had a fairly good view of the pond about a quarter of a mile away.

I had unpacked my clothes and decorated my room, now I just needed to unpack my book collection. That was probably the thing most people didn't realize about me, I loved books. I had all my favorite books packed in a box that I had moved in with me. I couldn't rank my favorite, but the most worn out were my Maximum Ride series. They were in a pretty bad shape. I went into the bathroom and knocked on the door of Jacob's room, I still had a couple of kitchen items I needed to put away. Maybe there was no kitchen, maybe he knew where it was.

I finsished placing some of my most used books on the shelf below the TV, before answering the door. "Er- Hello. Do you need me to help you carry anything else?" I asked raising an eyebrow. I noticed I had the thick book of 'Treasure Island in my hand. I quickly hid it behind my back. I hope she hadn't noticed.

I smiled at him and asked, "Is there a kitchen somewhere? I'm sorry I'm bugging you so much..." I blushed and then realized that he could probably see the giant box of books behind me. I noticed he had a hand behind his back and I resisted craning my neck around to see what he was hiding. If he couldn't share with me his secrets, then I wouldn't with him.

"No, No. It's fine. I don't know. I'm guessing it's probably down near the Cafeteria." I stated, biting my lip afterwords, and quietly trying to throw the book over to the bed without her noticing. It would just be too embarrassing. Most of my friends would have ditched me if I knew I could actually read. Unlike them.

I looked at him questioningly, and then asked, "Was that a book? Why did you just throw a book? Which, didn't land on your bed, if that's what you intended..." I smirked at him and then pushed by lightly. Walking over, I picked up the book lightly and looked at the front cover, "Treasure Island? Oh!" I had noticed under his TV that he had a collection of books. The most tattered was the first book in the Lord of the Rings series. I turned and looked at him, his Treasure Island book hanging limply in my hand, "You read?"

I nodded softly. "Erm- yeah." I could feel my body temperature rising up a few degrees. I sighed and picked the book off the ground. I set it down on my desk and sat down on my bed. I still hadn't gotten around to putting the sheets on it.
